This is such a beautiful property and we are glad we found it. The house is exactly what you see in the photos and was in a fantastic neighborhood just blocks away from downtown and all the ammenities you could ask for. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home away from home!

We stayed at the Modern Farmhouse while we were closing and moving into our new home in Clayton. The house was beautiful and comfortable. Response time was fantastic from property manager. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.

Home away from Home

We were in Clayton during the coldest time of year and this home was everything we could’ve asked for. Warm and cozy. Big enough when local family came to visit. We look forward to coming back.

Visiting family in Clayton area

Great house! Nice older neighborhood. Pictures of house on VRBO are what you get. Very well furnished and clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the Johnson county area. Close to downtown Clayton area and hwy 70.

Beautiful comfy home

This home is located in a hilly wooded addition. The town is approx 1 mile down the street. Wonderful restaurants and many cute little shops. The home is beautiful and has all the essentials you need. Felt very cozy and relaxed while my husband was at meetings. The owner was quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

First impression was wonderful. Photos were exactly what you get when you step into the house. Great kitchen, comfortable living area, and sleeping arrangements are very nice. A lovely tin of yummy cookies greeted us upon arrival. All our needs were met. Will look forward to renting again.
