The Estates are the exclusive development of single homes as you enter King's Creek Resort. These homes feature the décor and details expected in luxury vacationing. There is a patio and balconies to experience a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. There are 3 units all under 1 roof. A 2 bedroom unit, and 2 one bedroom units. There are three master bedrooms, one standard bedroom with a private bath, and 3 sleeper sofas. Large whirl pool tubs adorn each master bedroom suite. Sleeper sofas are located in the living rooms. The living rooms and bedrooms all have flat screen TV's. There are three washers and dryers. Three dishwashers...AND three kitchens! The kitchens are fully stocked with appliances, granite counter tops, and an outdoor gas grill. Imagine spending the holidays with your family in one of these luxury vacation homes in historic Williamsburg. This property is just 3 miles from Colonial Williamsburg, 15 minutes away from the Yorktown and Jamestown beaches. Enjoy theme parks (Busch Gardens and Water Country USA), shopping, and dining. Water Country USA is right next door! 3 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, fitness center, miniature golf, tennis and basket ball courts. You will truly discover a home away from home while vacationing at the Estates!

Great spot for a group!

It was a great location for a school trip to Colonial Williamsburg. It had all the amenities we needed and was the perfect spot for a group to relax and enjoy themselves. Would highly recommend this location families.

Great Williamsburg family vacation spot

This rental was right next door to water country USA, and minutes from all other area attractions we had planned to hit while on our family vacation. Very nice resort with many things to do too. We will recommend this property to everyone we know.

The location of the house in the development was perfect it was just a short walk to the pool

Friendcation

Great stay for a friends trip to Williamsburg. Convenient location to Williamsburg, Yorktown, Jamestown, Busch Gardens, and Water Country USA. We stayed in a very comfortable and roomy double condo unit. Our units were slightly dated and kitchens could be a little more equipped (more skillets/baking dishes), but overall, a great stay.

Fantastic Community, Peaceful Area, Close to Landmarks!

Our three-unit lock-away was in a quiet cul-de-sac with friendly neighbors. The units were all very clean with towels/sheets and soaps provided. We found the security team at the entrance/exit to be very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay in Kings Creek very much, and plan to return!

Great vacation

Our group enjoyed the arrangement of our lodging sharing a common kitchen. Each of our 3 couples had a separate bedroom with a fourth bedroom for the kids. We bought weeklong passes to the historic sights days and went to Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. The pool was close so we used it almost every day.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed at this place with our kids and two sets of grandparents. The place was perfect; the beds were extra comfortable and it was a great arrangement for our families. Everyone had their own spot but could easily connect with one another. The outdoor pool was nearby and the area was very quiet. The location is ideal- right next to water country and super close to everything else. It was easy to check in, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Williamsburg is such a fun vacation spot for everyone- ages young, old and in between. Totally recommend going to Williamsburg and staying here! The kids are already asking to go back.

Clean, spacious, and convenient

We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again, however, did not like an attempt to pressure us into a free lunch, then breakfast that was obviously about time shares. I had to say no numerous times. We did not appreciate this right after we checked in.

Spinnaker Resort- King’s creek

Our family, children, spouses and grandchildren enjoyed our stay at Kings Creek. The 3 units worked well everyone their space. Being located next to Water country And minutes from Busch Gardens was a plus. The heat wave in the Northeast was unexpected for June. The pool was located steps away from our unit. Any requests that were called in were responded to quickly. I would suggest installing some shelving in unit A master bathroom to be able to keep toiletries in the bathroom and perhaps an additional towel rack over the toilet for hand towels.All in all, we had a great time.

Lovely property, perfect access to both Busch Gardens and historical activities

We stayed here in late April 2022—me, my wife, our two children (ages 8 and 5), and my wife’s parents. We rented an entire cottage (i.e., the A, B, and C units of a cottage) and it was ample space for the six of us. The property was very well furnished with many balconies, televisions, kitchens, and washing machines. The indoor pool on-site is warm and spacious. Busch Gardens is only a ten minute drive away, and the historical locations at Williamsburg/Yorktown/Jamestown is all less than half an hour away. Everyone is very communicative. We would happily stay here again.
