This bright and airy 2 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath condo that sleeps 6, has been recently remodeled and features a full kitchen, dining area, and living room with a gas stone fireplace.



The Space:

Nestled in Silver Lake Village, this corner residence puts you a short two-minute walk from the slopes, with a reserved space in a secure, heated garage and a complimentary on-demand shuttle for anyone traveling without a car. Black Bear Lodge sits just across the street from the Stein Eriksen and Goldener Hirsch hotels, putting a range of fine and casual dining within easy walking distance.



Inside, the corner layout brings light and views into every room. The full kitchen, dining area, and living room flow together around a gas stone fireplace, and the home's central heating has been upgraded with a whole-home steam humidifier for added comfort through the winter months. The remodeled kitchen is outfitted with new Fisher & Paykel appliances, a fully stocked spice drawer, and chef's knives, and a full-size LG washer and dryer is tucked in the unit for effortless laundry.



Both bedrooms are ensuite, with fully remodeled bathrooms featuring double sinks and modern showers.
