Spacious 3 bed 3 bath home with optional Jeep rental

Our home is located outside of downtown, close to many restaurants and is a short 5 minute drive to area beaches. Short walk to the airport and local bus routes. Two second floor bedrooms both have Queen sized beds, en-suite bathrooms and ample closet space. The third floor bedroom is loft style and has one queen sized bed. This home also has a giant finished basement with a trundle bed that can sleep two and serves as a second living room area which is perfect for kids. The private back yard has a deck with a gas grill and patio furniture. The property comes with two off street parking spots, cable TV and WiFi. The home has central air conditioning. Fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances and much more. Our home comes with a four door Jeep wrangler for rent with the home for additional cost.

Great Space for Everyone

House was as good if not better than expected. Felt new and updated. Plenty of place for people to spread out if they choose between the loft and finished basement, with 2 bedrooms in between and plenty of common area space.

Great house

This house worked great for 4 adults and one infant. It was so nice being in a house that had laundry and a pack n play for our first travel with our infant. My only recommendations for future guests for the host is to post the WiFi network and password on a sign on the first floor and to make sure there’s extra paper products stocked on hand. Thanks so much!!

Spacious excellent stay!

It was such a wonderful place for my family to stay while visiting Nantucket! Everyone got to have their own room (we put my very short sister in the attic room as my mom and I both were bonking our heads on the shorter slanted ceiling up there). A couple of light bulbs were out in various spots throughout the house and one of the shower curtain rods kept falling down but aside from that it was absolutely perfect and a much better value than multiple hotel rooms. The host was super quick to respond and even helped me in an early morning crisis on the check out day when I was accidentally locked out with the keys inside.

We could not use the loft bedroom because someone had disconnected the air conditioner. Very limited supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. No soap or wash cloths. Only three coffee mugs and very few dishes in kitchen.

Perfect rental

This home is a short Uber drive out of town, with many walkable amenities. The home is updated and very clean, the homeowners were quick to answer questions! Definitely would stay here again

Great week in Nantucket

We enjoyed our stay at Sean’s house and found the check-in process super easy. The house is conveniently located, being not too far from town or our friends who were staying in Surfside. We were initially worried about possible noise from the airport but honestly, we never noticed! This is a new rental so kitchen supplies were a little sparse but it was stocked well enough to enjoy some homemade meals. The basement bed also worked out great for our 3 year old who was waking early with the sunshine while in the upstairs bedroom. Overall, this was a great be property to serve our needs for the week… clean, conveniently located and we had great communication with our host. We would stay again.

Great Owner, Great Location, Great House

I rented Shawn’s place for some overflow guests and it worked perfectly. He was super easy to work with and very responsive. I didn’t stay onsite, but my guests were very happy with the accommodations. The pricing was great - I would certainly return!
