Easy access to beach! Great for kids… even though this unit is closest to road it is a nice place. They have games for kids for rainy days and plenty of dishes for cooking. Highly recommended

Perfect! The kitchen was well equipped. The space was well organized and had plenty of linens. The beds were comfortable (main bed did have a center lump- but it was still comfortable.) the complex pool was great to relax in between beach time. The location was convenient for Gulf Shores, Orange beach, and Perdido Key.

Clean, cozy condo right beside the beach/ocean with easy contact/communication with host. Would gladly stay here again!

Perfect location.

We were in town for a softball tournament and the location was great. Beautiful unit with beach access and a pool. We loved everything about the place. Would stay again!!

Very cozy 2 BR in a great complex

We enjoyed the facilities here very much. Would stay here again. Owners had updated appliances and the linens were new and in good shape.

Great Beach Spot

Easy walk to the beach. The unit was clean and had everything we could possibly need. I messaged the owners and got a quick response. It was perfect for our family of 4!

The room was accurately described and was fully equipped with kitchen and bathroom items. I loved the color scheme and beach decor. I was disappointed that I couldn’t control the air. The batteries died in the remotes and we had to buy those. The couch was extremely uncomfortable for sitting and sleeping, as was the recliner but that’s an opinion formed on what I’m used to. The door stopper needs repaired. We struggled with going in and out because it kept falling keeping us from opening or closing normally. I’d give our overall stay a 3.8-4 based on the above.

Great Location

The condo was very nice. It had all the amenities you needed. The beach access was perfect. Covered parking was great. Close to all kinds of restaurants and shops. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. Would definitely go back. One of the best locations I have ever been. Wonderful vacation.

Girls trip to beach ( ages 1-56). Great location on the beach. Park under the condos. Easy walk to beach and pool. Beach service is available. Condo is a little dated but worked perfect for our group. We brought our own pack'n play for the baby. Kitchen well equipped. would stay again.

Relaxing & Fun!

We had a wonderful time as a family staying at this beachside property! The check-in process was very easy and that is what we hoped for after an 8 hour drive. When we walked into the condo everything was perfect! The condo was nicely decorated, really clean, neat & tidy! We felt welcomed inside this really nice home. The walk to the beach literally took only a few minutes and the beach was amazing & beautiful! You can find anything you could want to eat around you or within a very short distance. You will find lots of shopping all around this area. This was a wonderful place all around, for our family to stay, relax & have fun! We would highly recommend kicking the sand off your shoes & staying a while!!

Condo 116

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We had all the linens and utensils we needed for both bathrooms and bedrooms. The faucet in the master bedroom shower was very difficult to get the hot water to come out on occasion probably just an adjustment needed. The pool was clean and nice we did use the barbecue grills and it has easy access to the beach. This particular condo was one of the ones closest to the street. So on occasion you could hear a loud vehicle go by. Overall I would recommend for anyone even people with children.

Great condo and location

First time to Orange Beach and it was great! The condo is nicely updated and clean! Condo had everything we needed-plenty of room for our family of 5, comfy beds, washer and dryer! Short walk to the beach! Small complex so beach wasn’t crowded like at other complexes. We rented chairs on the beach so we didn’t have to worry with getting a spot or setting them up. Was perfect! Loved walking to the state park too! We grabbed food at the steam place across the street a couple times, was great and convenient! Close to restaurants and the grocery store! The owners were very responsive and kind! We had a unique booking situation and they were incredibly helpful. Would definitely book again!

Mother/daughter trip

Nice 2bed/2 bath condo for me and my 2 teenage daughters. We had everything we needed with a quick walk to the beach. Only thing I would have wanted was a view of the beach and not the street but other than that it was a perfect stay. I would definitely book again!

Great family condo

My family and I stayed here for a last summer trip before school starts. The condo was all up to date and very clean. Great, quick access to the beach and pool. Other reviews stated that it’s the furthest from the pool but it’s literally a 1 minute walk. Everyone else at the condo was also very friendly. We loved it and would definitely stay again!

Perfect Condo for Our Family

We had an amazing stay at this condo! It was perfect for our 2 small families! The location is great because you’re close to everything. We only traveled a few miles each day for dinner and enjoyed the pier daily. The condo was very clean and well stocked! Will definitely stay here again! Owner is also very responsive and answered any question I had!

Pros and Cons

Pros: Very clean and enough dishwasher and laundry soap to get you started. Private beach and on the first floor. AC was COLD (the way my husband likes it) and great communication with the owners. Cons: Small - even though there is a pull out couch, using it be TIGHT. No beach towels so pack some. Told beach chairs provided - not told at cost so pack them, buy them, or you will rent them at a pretty penny. We were farthest from the beach and no view of ocean. No elevators so get a bottom floor. Overall a great experience and we loved our first visit to Orange Beach.

Chill Weekend in OBA

My family of four had the best time! The condo was perfect for us—very clean, well-decorated, and great location. Lartigue’s, right across the road, is our favorite take-out place! We did miss a good balcony view, but for the price, we didn’t mind too much! Recommend!
