Enjoy an unforgettable Orange Beach getaway at Phoenix III 3038, a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo offering 926 sq. ft. of comfortable coastal living for up to 8 guests. Thoughtfully decorated and designed with convenience in mind, this spacious retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together.

The large, fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals when you're not sampling the area's many restaurants. The bright, open living area flows seamlessly onto an oversized private balcony—the largest in the building—with plenty of seating for relaxing together above the emerald waters of the Gulf.

The primary bedroom is en-suite and features private balcony access with stunning Gulf views. A sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer add extra comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

If you're searching for the perfect spot in paradise, Phoenix III 3038 is the ideal place to call home during your Orange Beach vacation.

Guests at Phoenix III enjoy exceptional resort-style amenities, including a beachside outdoor pool, indoor pool, tennis court, pickleball court, basketball goal, convenience store, kids' splash pad, fitness center, racquetball court, hot tub, sauna, gazebo, grilling area, and a private boardwalk that leads straight to the beach. Phoenix III also shares amenities with Buildings I–IV, offering an even wider range of features to enhance your experience.

The large balcony gives you an unobstructed view of sunrises and sunsets over the beach. The condo had great furniture, comfortable beds and a kitchen with all of necessities.

The condo was great but you couldn’t go on the balcony!! The work was loud debris was everywhere and they stored all the equipment on our balcony. That was awful because we couldn’t use the balcony all day long for four days! I asked before I booked if they were doing any construction and was told no.

This 3rd floor condo had a beautiful view from a large balcony. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Location was close to groceries and several restaurants. Enjoyed the pickleball courts too.
