The bright, open living area flows seamlessly onto an oversized private balcony—the largest in the building—with plenty of seating for relaxing together above the emerald waters of the Gulf.
The primary bedroom is en-suite and features private balcony access with stunning Gulf views. A sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer add extra comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

Excellent view of beach from large balcony. Plenty of seating for relaxing and eating when at property. Kitchen well stocked with appliances/utensils and dishes for staying in. 2nd bedroom could use extra curtain or heavier blind to block light from outside the door. Would definitely stay again!

The large balcony gives you an unobstructed view of sunrises and sunsets over the beach. The condo had great furniture, comfortable beds and a kitchen with all of necessities.

Perfect beach condo
We loved our time at Pheonix 3. Our room was clean and fully equipped with all we needed. The beds were comfortable. The large balcony was enjoyable and we had zero issues during our stay. Will definitely be staying here again!
