Perfect Florida Vacation

This is a great home for a family vacation to Florida. The pool and backyard are beautiful - we spent most of our days hanging out back there. It is also very convenient to the beaches, stores and restaurants. We hope to return!

The owners were helpful and very responsive. The house itself is perfect for a young family. The kids adored the beautiful pool and the pool the house was clean and comfortable.

Lovely place to stay

We stayed in this house while visiting elderly parents who live in a senior community near by. The house is lovely and way more comfortable than staying in a hotel. The outdoor space is an oasis of privacy with a beautiful pool. Located near some great restaurants and the beach. Would definitely recommend!

The house was absolutely perfect! The backyard and pool were the highlight of the trip. Comfy beds and lots of amenities. The gift card to Enzo’s was a great touch and super easy walk from the house for our final night’s dinner. We will definitely be back!

Loved this property! Great location to beaches, very clean & comfortable with an inviting backyard. Everything worked just fine (a/c, fridge, stove, ceiling fans, etc), no issues accessing property and communication was great. We would absolutely stay at this property again in the future!! Highly recommend this property...you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful Place to Stay/Couldn't Ask For Anything More

Stayed here for 6 days for our kids spring break and couldn't have been happier! Great house with an amazing pool and backyard set up. All the amenities you could ask for including: beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, cooler, toys for kids, etc. Matthew was super nice and easy to work with. Would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect spot to enjoy time at beach and house

This place was great. Outdoor space was nice and private. Location of this house is amazing. 5 minutes to beach and even the furthest restaurant we ventured to was still less than 30 minutes. Host provides a ton of supplies for beach and pool days (coolers, beach chairs, floats, towels, etc). Check in and out were effortless. Would definitely stay here again.

Better than advertised

Beautiful property, well maintained in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to restaurants, malls and beaches. Well stocked kitchen and every imaginable pool or beach supply ready for use. Complimentary champagne and pizza was a nice added touch. Excellent property!

Clean. Beds comfortable. Pool clean. Close to restaurants. While there were two pool lounge chairs, a couple more would be good if there were more than two people staying. Overall, I would recommend this property.

Amazing Stay in Bonita Springs!

Our stay here was perfect! The listing described everything: 5 min drive to the beach. We started out each day in the pool and then went to the beach in the afternoon. We took advantage of the pool noodles, beach chairs, and umbrellas. The owners had excellent communication with us throughout the trip. We will definitely be back! Thank you for letting us stay at your home.

Lovely, with perfect beach extras

The cozy and very private backyard, from the covered patio, to the pool with the bubbling the fountain, all surrounded by palm trees, was a family favorite from early morning through evening. The interior was setup well, and comfortable, although we did not spend much time inside. Especially appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, and the bikes. The quiet, well-maintained neighborhood was great for an early morning walk or a stroll to the nearby surf shop or restaurants. Easy drive to beautiful beaches. The welcome gift from the owner was a sweet surprise.
