Summary:
This home is located just 1 mile from historic downtown Franklin, where you’ll find many retail shops and fabulous restaurants. The house is nestled in a small, peaceful neighborhood. Close to the Factory of Franklin for Saturday morning Farmers market, unique shops, restaurants, and entertainment, and a couple minutes to Cool Springs for many more restaurants, shopping & fun.

The Space:
Home has easy access with keyless entry. You will be provided a code 1 week prior to check in, it will be active 3pm day of check in and expire 10am day of departure.

Large kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, storage, and stainless appliances. You will find everything you need for cooking. 200mbps Wifi and cable, comfortable new beds, all linens, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 roll paper towels included.
*Fireplace is non functional


All new comfy beds, cozy furniture, 55" roku tt with Youtube TV in living room, and large, fenced backyard with patio furniture and chairs.

Home is managed by owner/property management company
Washer and dryer on site with ironing board and iron for your convenience.

We had a great stay here at this very clean and comfortable home. It has 3 comfortable beds, a nice kitchen, and a fenced in backyard with deck. It was a short walk to the Factory, a beautiful park, and of course downtown Franklin. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome!

We had a great time with our Family. The fenced in back yard, the bbq, and the deck were great. The beds were super comfy and the full kitchen has everything you need. We would absolutely rent this again during our next stay.

Great location

This was a cute, clean, great location house and we were able to bring our dogs. Loved the bed and linens - very comfortable.Kitchen was very well stocked! If I had felt like baking, I could have!Owner very responsive (not that we needed them for anything)House is in good shape and so is landscape. Very near a nice park which has a path that takes you right into downtown Franklin. We would stay here again!

Family Gathering

Franklin was a great city to meet up with our family! The house was very nice- The bedrooms were a nice size & comfortable beds. It was a great location. Very spacious for our family of 6- loved the nice dining table to play our family games on! The host were kind & checked on us during our stay!

Location to Main St was a short drive from the property. The home isnt fancy or over the top, but accommodating and comfortable for a place refresh and hang with family and friends after a busy day.

Girls weekend

We had a blast staying at this quaint property. Four of us came up for the sip and shop down Main. Property was a perfect location for us to stay close to everything.

Nice house.

Location was great. Mid-way between downtown Franklin and the interstate. We arrived very late at night and it was totally dark. We had to use our phone flashlights to see the keypad. The front walkway and porch were dirty and unswept, bushes overgrown by the sidewalk. It was difficult for our friend who is not able to walk very well. A motion detector light would be helpful. Tidying up prior to our arrival would have been nice. We were unable to connect our Netflix accounts to the tv and there is no DVD player to even Red Box movies. This was disappointing. We sent a text message and an email to the owner which was unanswered. It would be nice to have some pictures on the walls and perhaps a mirror in the bedrooms. The walls were totally empty so it did not feel very homey. Overall, we were comfortable. Just a few things that could be improved. It’s a cute house with great potential. It would sleep 6 people comfortably. Would I stay again? Probably. As long as you don’t plan on staying in for a movie night. 😉

Girls trip to Nashville/Franklin TN

Great house for our girls trip. Conveniently located within a mile of historic Franklin area....about 30 minutes from BNA & Nashville. The primary suite had a super comfy king size bed with the best sheets & bedding. Ceiling fans in all the rooms. Decorate simple yet very nice. Freezer makes cute little cubes and crushed ice.

Labor Day Vacation

The house is located in a great area with no noise. Only thing that was upsetting was that what they said would be at the house was not. There was no paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, and the outside receptable was overflowing with trash. If you come to this house you will want to bring wasp/hornet spray with you as there were several of them there. I had brought my dogs with me and they got sting by them. I am sure the owners were aware of this and could have alerted us of this problem. I was emailed about our check in process and complained about the process and no one ever emailed me back. I also emailed again during the check out process again with no response. How disappointing that the owners don't care enough to response back. I would not recommend staying here again.

Excellent. Very clean. As pictured in listing. Very quite street. Great location to downtown Franklin and shopping. Just a couple suggestions. The mattress in the back bedroom wasn’t very comfortable and I think a grab bar for the shower would help to prevent slipping. Overall, I would highly recommend this listing.

Just as described

The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was also a nice touch to have several extra throw blankets and access to streaming services. We enjoyed the large backyard, the grill and the upgraded appliances. The location was also very good and so was communication with the property manager. We had 4 teenagers and they enjoyed the options of playing basketball, watching movies in the living room and spending time in the large backyard.

Lovely house in a great location.

This place is perfect for a stay in Franklin. Very comfortable with plenty space. It was equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend it. Ladies get away

The home was very nice and location was great. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the afternoon and playing cards around the spacious farm table in the dining room. It accommodates 6 people comfortably. I highly recommend this home for your stay in Franklin.

Amazing!

We loved our stay at this house in Franklin. We had a small issue when we arrived but the owner, Melissa, responded immediately and got it taken care of. The house has everything you could want in a rental. It’s also very quiet (which is a plus!) It’s off a private road so there isn’t much traffic in front of the house. I would recommend this house to anyone traveling to Franklin. Downtown is just minutes away!
