The house was not clean. It smelled like mildew and pets when we arrived. We left a day early. Photos were taken of the moldy filthy bathroom exhaust light fixture, cans of poison and a can of paint under the kitchen sink next to the pots and pans, dishes in the drainer, dirty water in coffee pot, ants in the utensil drawer, and thick dust on the cold air return vent, ceiling fans, blinds, and wall decor. I do not recommend.

Nice stay

The house was great my wife and daughters loved the decorations on the beds😊. Everything we needed to do was so close and only a short trip downtown.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this location. We were in town touring the technical school with our boys and this location was close to everything we wanted to do. The host communicated very quickly and the check in process was great!

Quick Trip To Nashville

Its a cute place. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbor. The kitchen could use some upgrades and additional pots and pans but overall the place was nice. The owners were very helpful and informative.

The proximity to downtown was great and being able to return + relax in a quiet neighborhood was exactly what we were looking for. Very clean, cute older home that was perfect for our needs.

Quick Trip, Great Location

The house was in a quiet neighborhood close to everything, perfect for our quick visit to Vandy, downtown, and the airport. I needed 3 beds for me and my teen boys so a hotel just wouldn't cut it. Would definitely rent again if it was available!

Family Trip to Nashville

House was very clean and comfortable. We had six of us stay here. The one bathroom was a bit of a challenge but we managed fine. The kitchen cabinets could use a fresh paint but overall the home was very comfortable, clean and cozy. Home was close to all the things we wanted to see. We would stay here again.

It was just a nice place to settle down for the night after running around Nashville. There was nothing fussy about the process of checking in and checking out. The owners were easily within reach.

Quaint Neighborhood

Very helpful property managers with good communications and helpful tips. Easy to ride share to and from property to other locations. Quiet but friendly neighborhood. You arent too far from airport and my son enjoyed watching planes fly by. Really appreciated the coffee pod station as buying coffee in bulk wouldve been a waste for our shorter trip.
