This was the best place we've ever stayed! The place was perfect in every way. It's like being at home. Bring your food and clothes, everything else is provided. Comfortable beds and furniture. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Very quite and the elevator is a plus. Definitely will return.

The best of both worlds, Beach/Pool. We loved being able to have family come visit and be able to pay to use the amenities. We are already looking at dates to book for next year.

We had a wonderful family time at Pointe West. This was our third time coming to the Pointe & we always have such a good time & it's so relaxing. The condo we rented was perfect for us, fully stocked with everything we needed. The location was great too and our hostess was wonderful! We will definitely be back! Amazing stay

We loved the 3rd floor beautiful view from the balcony, comfy living room, and plenty of sleeping arrangements for family. We had easy and quick communication from the host. Thank you for the great stay!

We have stayed at Pointe West in several Condos over several years and this was the best spot with the nicest owner we have ever stayed. I will definitely book another stay at this location!

This condo unit was very clean, well furnished, and kitchen well stocked. It had a very nice large balcony with a great view. We enjoyed our visit very much and would love to rent again.

Great view !!!

We loved this condo. Nice comfortable furniture and well stocked kitchen. Plenty of cookware. Great view and the balcony had very comfortable chairs to sit and watch the sunrise and sunset. The host was very communicative and reached out to us before, during and after our stay. Definitely would stay here again.

Great little vacation getaway

We rented this condo for a family reunion Memorial weekend and it was so perfect. Any communication I had with the manager was so easy. The home was updated and very clean and great price for being beach front. We will definitely keep this condo as our go to for our next family reunion.

Super home with terrific view!

Our family, ages 15 - 80, had a great time on the big balcony, surfing and at the pools. The home is really comfortable and wonderfully appointed with everything we needed. We appreciated all the details from the host of what is provided and suggestions for what to bring and seamless check in and communication. Can’t wait to get back!

Great beach condo

We had a great stay at Anna’s condo with our extended family! I really appreciated the quick replies to my questions. We all loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the amazing beach views. One night we saw fireflies! It was really nice to be able to borrow the beach gear. We liked the lazy river pool the best. Would definitely come back.

Family Beach Getaway

The condo was perfect! Very spacious and clean. Bonus it was right next to the beach walkway. My mother loved sitting out on the deck looking at the ocean. Teenage son enjoyed the basketball court which was right down the street. The pool at the beach club was awesome. We enjoyed every day we were there and will definitely be back.

Property was clean but very spread out. It was not clear to us that the pools and the beach were not really on the same complex and really required a short ride either via a car or golf cart.There were three bedrooms in the unit that were reasonable size, however only one of those bedrooms had a dresser in them and neither of them had a usable closet so you lived out of a suitcase for anyone in the two other bedrooms.Complex needs to do something about the fire alarms going off in the middle of the night for no reason. It happened twice in a week, once at 1am and another time in mid-day. Understand from others that stay in the complex all the time this is an ongoing problem.Also the items in the closet for the beach items were NOT cleaned up at all when we got there, covered with sand from the previous folks?

Thank you so much for your feedback. The resort is large and since we are beachfront we are able to easily get in the beach. it is easiest to drive a car over to the bay pool and hot tub. Luckily the parking lot at the Sunset pool and at the beach club have plenty of spaces. I will make sure to include that we are about a five minute walk to the beach club in our listing. We will definitely take it into consideration, the addition of dressers in the two rooms. Most of our guests use the hangers and luggage stool in the secondary guestroom closet. When storms rolled through, like Bertha did that tends to be when there are issues with the alarm system anytime we lose power. We live there part-time and noticed this is when this occurs. If we had been made aware of any issues with the beach equipment cleanliness we would’ve gotten it addressed immediately. We really do appreciate you staying with us and look to deliver the best guest experience we can!

This is our second time to stay in this unit. We love it! Kitchen very well furnished. Nice furniture. Outdoor patio looking over the beach is nice and roomy and has very nice patio furniture
