Cet hĂŽtel et le Pointe West Beach Club n'ont pas Ă©tĂ© endommagĂ©s par l'ouragan Harvey. La Beach Villa est un condo moderne et confortable situĂ© Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du Beach Club et de la promenade principale dans les dunes du Pointe West Resort. Il y a une vue magnifique sur la plage et le golfe du Mexique depuis le balcon. L’emplacement de ce condo, au cƓur du complexe Pointe West, permet un accĂšs facile et proche au Beach Club, Ă  la piscine et Ă  la plage. La plage est magnifique, vaste, rĂ©guliĂšrement damĂ©e et fermĂ©e Ă  la circulation automobile - ce qui en fait le lieu idĂ©al pour profiter du surf ou construire des chĂąteaux de sable en famille. Le Beach Club est surĂ©levĂ© et dispose d'une piscine Ă  dĂ©bordement qui surplombe la plage et le golfe du Mexique. En plus de la piscine, le club dispose d’un jacuzzi chauffĂ©, d’une pataugeoire pour enfants, d’un centre de remise en forme, d’une salle de jeux et d’une aire de pique-nique avec barbecues Ă  gaz. Le restaurant, le bar et la boutique de souvenirs sont ouverts en mars. Il y a plus de 3 miles de la plage et de 6 miles de pistes cyclables Ă  la station. Un foyer, idĂ©al pour la construction d’un feu de camp et le grillage de guimauves, est situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© du condo. Les propriĂ©taires gĂšrent personnellement la Beach Villa et attachent une grande importance Ă  la qualitĂ© de l’expĂ©rience de chaque client. Le condo est maintenu en parfait Ă©tat.

La piscine Sunset située du cÎté de la baie du complexe comprend une riviÚre paresseuse entourée de palmiers. La piscine et le jacuzzi offrent une atmosphÚre relaxante avec vue sur le coucher de soleil sur la baie. Il y a aussi une véranda avec un grill. Apportez des jumelles pour observer les beaux oiseaux et la faune

We loved our stay here! The place was beautiful and had private access to the beach which we went and walked everday at sunrise and sunset. Nice and quiet as opposed to the other places closer to the pier. Would stay again for sure!!

The condo was a perfect size for my wife, 2 kids and myself. The location was fantastic, the proximity to the ocean as well as the resort pool was perfect. The only downside was the gym and game room were closed for renovations but that’s not the owners fault. The communication was excellent with the owner and property and we will most likely stay here again.

Amazing time at Pointe West

Absolutely wonderful stay. My kids loved the pools, beach access and really everything about it. The hosts were wonderful. They gave great tips about the area and things to do. Would highly recommend!

Perfect as usual!

This was our second time saying in this condo and it was perfect. Everything we needed to be comfortable and relaxed, plus everything we needed to cook a few great meals to eat out on the balcony. The nights we didn’t cook we ate at the restaurant on the property and it was delicious. This condo is a very short walk to the main clubhouse with the pool, bar, restaurant, and beach. We will definitely be back!

Great Location and Spacious Condo

We are 2 older woman who enjoy easy, clean, safe, quiet beachfront locations. This was the perfect place! The property has lots of walking paths. The pool and grounds are spotless. The condo is well appointed with a large balcony and nice clean patio furniture. We would stay in Pointe West again!

We really enjoyed the place and its location. Sharing meals and spending time with family on the large balcony was a highlight. The owners maintained excellent communication before and throughout our stay and were very helpful in providing information about local attractions, stores, restaurants, and more. It was especially nice being in one of the buildings right next to the Beach Club.We had a great balance of beach days and pool days, and the kiddos absolutely loved it. Although we missed out on the fitness center and game room at the Beach Club due to renovations, that just gives us another reason to return and check out the updated amenities next time. We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Quick midweek trip to beach

Property is nice however beach club is under renovation to locker rooms & fitness center (going on 7 months) and that wasn’t disclosed in listing which is disappointing. Check in process is unusual requiring an appointment with concierge to meet you and let you in and give you code. Still overall a pleasant experience.

We are pleased to make the acquaintance of all our guests and help them throughout their stays if needed. Communication is all that is required and we are willing and able to make your vacation the best we can.
As owners and managers, we have lived North of Houston for 28 years with our three children. I (Joan) and my husband (Alan) are original owners of the Villa and use it as our weekend getaway for our family. We make it available for rental by families and couples when we're not using it.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The choice to own at this resort was simple. Every direction you look just nature's beauty! Congestion, noise, and crowds are not anywhere near this resort, It has a beach with no cars. A golf cart is not needed, we are that close to the elevated beach club.
As we do have permanent residents, you can count on this resorts full time security and concern for safety. A full length basketball court and a pickleball court, A Lazy river and Jacuzzi and pool bayside as well as infinity edge pool and toddler pool at the elevated beach club, Game room, fully loaded exercise room, 3 miles of beaches and paved paths. The restaurant and bar are seasonal. Elevator is New '25.
The Villa is in excellent condition and is very comfortable! It is located right next door to the Beach Club and main dune walkover making it super convenient to access the pool, Jacuzzi, exercise room, bar, restaurant and beach. It is a 30 yard walk to the club amenities. And a beach with no cars!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Every direction you look just nature's beauty! Congestion, noise, and crowds are not anywhere near this resort, It has a beach with no cars! , Golf carts are not needed, the closest walk to the club/amenities is the best unique benefit of this location.
As the villa is first floor above ground level covered parking and a New elevator in 2025, it is one quick flight of steps over to the beach club amenities, A golf cart is not needed. The Villa's windows facing the beach are a wall to wall view. Your beach view can be seen during food prep in the kitchen, feasting at the table, lounging, watching TV, of course from the patio and even in the master bedroom! And the beach is regularly cleaned and closed off to cars. The Villa is located on the beach side of the resort.
