Amazing sand beaches await you at our spacious (750 sq ft) vacation home. We are just steps from the water! Free Wi-Fi, kayaks, paddle boards, bikes and snorkeling gear! We offer a fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer & dryer, DVD player and good selection of DVDs, TV (streaming but no cable), air conditioning and fans in living area and bedroom.

With the second largest barrier reef in the world, friendly and easy-going locals, US dollar currency and English as the first spoken language, Belize is the jewel of Caribbean Sea. Belize is among the most popular countries for diving and snorkeling in the world. Located in a resort 9 miles north of San Pedro, on beautiful Ambergris Caye, our place just a few footsteps from the beach!

3 swimming pools, a spa/massage professional service, a bar and a restaurant right on site, for your convenience. Use of sea kayaks, paddle boards and bikes for our guests, free of charge! And for your information, kids 16 years old and under stay free!

In a secluded and lush tropical area, get away from your long days of work and live relaxation at its best! Our fully equipped condo is far enough from the crowded and animated village, but can be easily reached to enjoy all restaurants, shops, boutiques, bars and friendly locals with the island’s water taxi services or our golf cart rentals.

We have TONS of activities... you’ll have access to our excursion office, directly on site, for any type of tours such as deep diving, fishing, snorkeling, zip lining, cave tubing, Mayan ruins and more.

Perfect Stay

We love where we stayed it was exactly as it was in the pictures. Upon arrival it was easy to get booked in. Building needs some upkeep but was very clean and spacious for the three of us. Location, secluded, which we were looking for perfect. Thank you for having us and we hope to be back soon.

Lovely Beach Getaway

Our family of four had a great week-long stay at this Sapphire Beach property. The "Resort" (not a traditional resort-style property- much more quaint) was super clean, with friendly and helpful staff and lovely food and drink options at the restaurant. The unit, itself, was really close to the beach and was spacious and well-equipped for our stay. We enjoyed walking out the front door to the beach to experience the sea breeze and beautiful sunrises. We rented a golf cart in town (40-50 mins drive depending on your comfort level in a golf cart) and explored the island at our leisure. The resort staff was also able to arrange transport for our luggage to the airport. The resort is pretty "off the beaten path" so if you want to prepare your own meals, shop in town before heading north. All in all, a great trip.

Perfect private beach, lovely staff, gracious hosts!

We had a wonderful time - it was such a relief to arrive at Chuck and Gergana's sweet condo after a stay at a horrible beachfront 'hotel' just outside of busy and loud San Pedro. Sapphire Beach has, as Chuck promised, the most wonderful private beach, and we were happy to relax in the quiet. Took a great snorkel tour with GoSea, had lovely meals at the Gem, and picked up local bbq from the grocery down the road on a Saturday. Love the pool, and wandered out to the palapa at the end of the pier for sunsets. Really enjoyed meeting other guests, and the staff is fantastic. The condo is great, roomy, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfy bed. Really appreciated the 2 bathrooms, which meant that both of us could shower after swimming at the same time :-) Chuck was the perfect host, and provided a wealth of information in advance and all the recommendations we would need. We only wish we had booked our entire stay on Ambergris Caye at their place and skipped the other accommodation. Lesson learned! Highly recommend.

Lovely, quiet, peaceful space

We loved our stay at Saphire Beach resort. The apartment was clean, well provisioned and VERY near the beach. Staff on site were super friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant was AMAZING, everything we had was very very good. It's a ways up north - didn't realize that when we booked - a good 45 min in a golf cart. This was fine for us as we were mostly diving and "No Worries" picked us up from the doc. But getting a golf cart was hard (had to paid double for the resort to book for us - couldn't find a place that would deliver one so far north - and then we had to drive into San Pedro anyways to fill the tank, as there is no gas up north - I'd recommend booking well in advance or getting one when you arrive on the Caye and driving yourself up). Also no groceries up north either. The restaurant really saved us - a lot of resorts up north do not have on-site restaurants - let alone ones that are that good. So we were happy to stay on the property and be really well fed. Chuck and Georges were fantastic hosts, quick replies, great suggestions. Always kind. In short, if you're looking for a relaxed, away from the tourist and party scene, this is a great place. Clean, beautiful, quiet. Fun golf cart rides to Tranquility bay or secret beach.

Beautiful, intimate resort

Check in process was seamless. The very kind property manager Andrew waited at night until we finally made it to property to make sure we checked in fine. The unit was exactly as described & photographed. Very clean and comfortable. All pots, pans, coffee maker etc provided. No basic spices such as salt & pepper so make sure to buy at grocery store before heading out to property. The landscaping & pools were immaculate. The little bar & restaurant served quality beverages and food. Towels provided looked brand new & were thick, good quality. Not a single inside insect to be seen. Staff were all polite and very helpful. Used the provided bikes a lot. Mostly too windy to use the water toys. The sargasso a real problem but the on-site maintenance guys worked mightily to clean it up everyday. Plastic pollution everywhere. A real shame. Not resort's fault. We tried to help pick it up wherever we could. Only caveats would be the distance the resort is from San Pedro. Guests MUST be aware the golf cart trip each way is a very bumpy 45 to 50 min trip. Not a daily thing to do. Having the little stores like Benito's close by was a real help. Also - the sand fleas and no seeums were very discouraging for some people in our party. Bring lots of good repellant. Again - not the resort's fault and it is a factor in beach life everywhere. Our hosts were great to deal with. Never had to connect with them while at resort as on site management was on top of everything. Highly recommend this listing as long as you are aware of how remote it can feel. That can be a plus as it is quiet & private.

Staff is so kind. Lovely people. Beach indeed looked like the best on the island. We traveled around to others for dinner etc and we were very glad we pick sapphire. It is quiet. Not for the party animal. :-)

Perfect for a family:)

We enjoyed staying here very much. The view is breathtaking. All utensils and cooking pots/pans are provided. The kids enjoyed the pool and we were able to book a snorkeling trip on site. Access to Netflix helped on a rainy day :) Communication was always quick and helpful.
