Broken staircase where we tripped multiple times. Host doesn't respond at all, tried to reach out as soon as we checked in and never responded. Needed trash bags and they weren't provided. Book something else if you would like to get your moneys worth and a safe peace of mind as you aren't given any facilities and host isn't even helpful.

Overall, an amazing place to stay as a family. Really close to the beach and the main shopping store in the area. Get your golf cart at the end of the road and you are set! We will stay here again.

Not a Good Happy Place!

No closet or storage space. No access to beach except by car ( had to buy a car pass). Or rent a golf cart. Non stop loud music Have gone to beach for years and this is one place we wouldn’t go back to.

Perfect location

This is the perfect location - easy access to the beach. Nice and clean house as well. The fridge did struggle a bit with all our food and drinks but was working once we emptied it.

Great House

Our stay was wonderful. The house was just perfect for our girls weekend. Very clean and had everything we needed. Management was prompt in responding to calls or messages. The neighborhood was quiet. The walk to the beach was just a couple of minutes. We would definitely rent this house again.

Daughters 15th birthday celebration

We celebrated my daughter’s 15th birthday with 7 of her friends. The house was just as advertised. It was clean and all the amenities. It was close to the beach. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Girls Trip!

We came for a quick weekend get-a-way/ girls trip. The house was very comfortable and exactly as listed. The house was clean and the hosts were very quick to respond to questions. They were so nice about adjusting our dates when we requested a change.

Perfect

Perfect little weekend vacation to the beach. House is very clean, roomy, and complete with everything you need for a beach vacation. Perfect distance to the beach. The porch and chairs were just perfect for enjoying the gulf breeze.

Everything was perfect

Ms. Prudence was very attentive and always friendly. The house is beautiful and well maintained. I feel bad cuz the power went out last night and we weren’t able to clean before we left. I called the host and explained and apologized and she was very understanding. Beds are sooooo comfy too

Very nice home, but.....

The condo itself is really nice, very clean, and beautifully decorated. It was also well stocked. However, it was not conveniently located to get to the beach since you had to drive out of the neighborhood, onto the highway, and then down another street with beach access. There's no view of the ocean, if that is important to you, unless you look underneath/between the pylons of the homes in front of you, and you see it in the distance. My biggest complaint was there was only one small closet available for use in a three bedroom home. That is not realistic for a family who has rented out all three bedrooms. There was no place to hang your clothes or store your suitcases or bags. Also, the clean up charges were higher than most others yet the list of chores required of us to check out certainly did not reflect that. I have stayed at many rentals over the years, and with a clean up crew coming in, I've never been expected to do so much before leaving. Unfortunately, I would not choose this property again when planning my next trip to Crystal Beach.

Family trip

This cabin was wonderful! We had a fabulous time with family. Plenty of space, well stocked Kitchen, towels & sheets included, & great toiletries provided. Walking distance to the beach. The only con was not having a place to hang up clothing in the master & one of the kids rooms but wasn’t that big of a deal for a few days.

Cute, Comfy and Convenient

I’ll start with the pro’s: - Easy access to the beach and Big Store - Beds were comfortable - Owners were responsive to any questions we had - Great view to the beach - Loved sitting on the balcony each morning drinking my coffee - While we were there, it was a very quiet neighborhood - Plenty of essentials Con’s - WiFi is terrible - There was one tiny closet for us to use, the rest are locked up. Thankfully it was just my family of 4 so not an issue. However, the only useable closet isn’t in the master. - Ice maker is broken. I see reviews dating back over a year and this was an issue. So, clearly not a priority to get fixed. Just needs to be disclosed so people are prepared. All in all we had a wonderful time. The Cons didn’t impact our stay. We needed less WiFi in our lives! 🙂
