Cozy craftsman style home located in the heart of Sardis, MS. This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The den and kitchen have a modern open concept and the back yard offers a 600 square foot screened in porch. Come home from a lovely day on the lake and enjoy the beautiful evening on the porch or spend the day at The Grove in Oxford, MS and enjoy an Ole Miss sporting event. Just minutes from the well known Como Steakhouse and 10 minutes to the beautiful Sardis lake. Sardis Lake, MS, on the Tallahatchie River, is known for its sandy beaches and amazing crappie fishing. The marina features a lovely restaurant and bar, Rafters, with live music and fabulous food and drinks.

Jennifer was a very attentive host and had the house well stocked with all the needed amenities. Loved the large kitchen, comfortable beds and having more than enough towels for the six of us. House was very clean and comfortable. Easy 35 minute commute to Ole Miss.

The home was very roomy, as well as clean and tidy! The only thing I was disappointed in as i've stated to the owner.It was not lakefront property as I know.Lakefront property to be, being from michigan, myself and living on the lake.....

Quick trip, fun times

The property was very cute and perfect for a friend group weekend. You’re close to campus for all of the Ole Miss events.

This farmhouse is adorable and has lots of space. Due to home football game at OleMiss it was very pricey. Owner was very responsive and great to work with.

So homey and it had everything we needed. Comfy bedding, high end appliances. Water pressure was amazing in the showers. Overall great experience. We will rent this in our next trip to MS!

What a great home! Full of charm and character. Everything was as promised and the host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The restaurants she posts that are close were amazing as well. Definitely would stay here again. We came for the Ole Miss game and it was easy to get to and from Oxford!

The perfect spot!

This property was better than what I tought! We really enjoyed the house, location was good & the communication with the host was also amazing! They really have a lot of things to make you feel like you are at home. I will for sure come back & stay in the same home!

Wonderful house

We went for an Ole Miss football game. This property was awesome! Extremely clean, lots of beds for our large group, lots of towels, and every kitchen gadget you could need. The bed situation was awesome—not only did they have what was in the bedrooms, but the two sofas in the living room folded out along with a separate futon in a back area. The screened in back porch was wonderful with lots of yard games, darts, and a firepit (we didn’t use). We were there for only a weekend but this place would be great for a longer stay too with all the extras it had. Felt very comfortable here. It took about 30 min to get to Ole Miss, but it was an easy drive. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Not worth the money

A/C wasn’t working it was 76 degrees inside the house the whole time. There were no hand towels or wash cloths in the bathroom. Towels in the bathroom are stained probably from makeup from no hand towels. No trash bag in the trash can so kind of hard to get the trash out. House was located on a busy street with loud engine cars going by frequently. To top it off the morning we left we heard gunshots and there was an accident in front of the house where 4 guys ran from the scene and had been the ones shooting. Didn’t feel safe in that neighborhood!

I’m sorry to hear your experience. I had been texting you all weekend communicating about your stay and none of these things were mentioned. I take pride in the cleanliness, safety, and operations of my home. I will certainly speak with my cleaning lady about the towels and wash cloths. If I hard know this was an issue, I could have had some towels there within minutes.

Staying in Sardis

Our stay was great! The house was very comfortable and the owners are very accommodating. There is a train track not far from the home but the trains stop before midnight so there was no issue with the train horns. There is a great pizza place right around the corner and the owners are very friendly! Highly recommend this property!

Just Right!

Great little house! Big screened in porch with games and comfy seating. I just stayed at this house for three days with my 3 boys. We duck hunted and fished Sardis which is just a couple miles from this house. Large lot with plenty of room to park a boat. The owner was very nice and even lent us a cooler for ice! Very cool old southern house with modern kitchen and bathrooms. My boys (16-19) really enjoyed the house. Great heat and great wifi! Definitely stay here again!

We have a large family and are easy people to please. Our stay was pleasant but the first night there, police were across the street for several hours which scared our kids.
