This Country Farm is located Thompsons Station and only 10 minutes from First Bank Amphitheater, 10 minutes to Franklin, 2 minutes from Spring Hill and 35 minutes south of downtown Nashville. Convenient access to the I-840 and I-65. Private entrance to apartment, and spacious parking.

Enjoy the views of the country valley, yet close to all the sights and the city.

Enjoy your private bedroom with full size bed and walk in closet, full bathroom shower, full kitchen is fully prepped to prepare an awesome meal before heading to see the sights of Historic Franklin, Leipers Fork and Downtown Nashville.

The Living room offers an electric recliner couch, table with two chairs with beautiful window view. Flat Screen tv with free wifi and Netflix.

Enjoy your morning Coffee on the front patio chair while taking in the scenery of this lovely land.

The lower level of the property has its own private entrance with a door code for entry which will be sent the day before your arrival. Upper level of the apartment has a nice bedroom, closet and bathroom with skylight.

We are a definitely a no smoking farm.... Yet we are easy going and we look forward to your visit. We are not pet friendly due to the chickens, two pop belly pigs and minature horse running around the yard free range. But feel free to bring your leftovers from dinner and the chickens and pigs will come right up to you for a snack.

We charge a $40 cleaning fee and use a third party company so you know the apartment will be in perfect condition upon your arrival.
