Futura Yacht Club est une communauté privée exclusive, fermée. Situé directement sur la baie avec accès direct facile par l'océan via Snake Creek. Les jardins sont bien entretenus avec de beaux jardins tropicaux partout.

La marina est un endroit idéal pour lancer votre bateau, nettoyer votre poisson, observer les lamantins ou admirer les superbes couchers de soleil. Surplombant la baie, cette zone est l'endroit idéal pour profiter du soleil, lire un bon livre et compter les étoiles.

Pour les actifs, il y a des courts de tennis éclairés et un terrain de volley-ball rempli de sable. Nager et éclabousser sous le soleil chaud avec beaucoup de chaises longues pour tout le monde.

Le condo est entièrement équipé et bien entretenu. Il a une très belle vue sur les jardins et est seulement un étage pour l'utilisation de l'escalier facile et pratique pour l'ascenseur. Bien qu'il n'y ait pas une vue directe sur l'eau, le port de plaisance peut être vu depuis le balcon et n'est qu'à quelques pas. Lite et brite, le condo est fraîchement décoré et propre. Profitez du balcon pour le petit déjeuner ou griller cette prise fraîche de la journée. Location de glissade de bateau est disponible.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything we needed was provided, and the space had a very welcoming and relaxing feel. The host was great with communication and made the entire process easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Pool was great. Not overly crowded and not a ton of kids. Pleasant people. Good stay overall. Only slight negative was the amount of construction going on. Room next to us and roof being replaced neat pool. That stuff has to happen, I understand but just pointing out that was the only thing that wasn’t so great. But condo was great, great communication from owner. Would stay again.

The location, grounds and boat docks are wonderful and we would definatly stay there again. The Unit itself is in the tall building on the property and does not have a view of the water. It also backs up to the tennis/pickleball courts which can be rather noisy at times. We wished there were a few more amenities such as beach chairs for off property use and the kitchen equipment could use some updating. Overall 3.75 to 4 stars.

Loved the pool. Some things were a bit confusing at first. Never seen gate keys like thise so when told they were on the sanle plaque on the wall, I wasnt sure if those wete really keys or not because itvwas not a sandlr plaque. Also, wi fi password was not right in the norebook. We figured it out 2 days later when we found it on the backbof the box. But mostly, they were doing construction work on the unit on the other side of the headboard. We were on vacation, but every morning we were woken up by 7 with constant pounding, skill saw and sanding. That was very frustrating. The bed was comfortable and it was a nice unit. Mostly it was clean but if your laying in bed and look up at the fan, its coated with dust coming over the side. I didnt want to turn it on because I didnt wantvthat coming off a bit in the room. With my allergys, that would not be good. Most of these are small easily fixable things. We did like the unit, and it wasntvthe homeowners fault about the construction, but that was very frustrating.

We had a great stay. The apartment is great and very nice with everything you would want, and the grounds are absolutely excellent with tennis courts, heated pool, and a short walk to the water.

Nice stay!

Loved our stay! Great condo/location, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed a day trip to Key West and checking out snorkeling at the state parks. The sunsets were fantastic. Would love to come back if we get an opportunity.

Great Vacation Home

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Futura is a very nice property that is very well maintained. The condo is very nicely decorated with lots of updates and everything needed for a comfortable home away from home. We would definitely recommend this condo for your next vacation!

Winter Break

We had a fabulous time at Futura Yacht Club. Everything was clean, the amenities were nice and the location was perfect. Our condo was clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this property or stay here ourselves again.

Amazing

We stayed for 1 week and wow this was the most relaxing vacation . The pool was heated and very clean. The beach was so fun to watch the sunset each night. The Condo was quiet and the perfect location! Can’t wait to come back next year !!

Our family purchased this condo in 2001 as a way to reconnect to our love of the Florida Keys, warm weather, salty air and of course, fantastic fishing. We have created many treasured memories here over the years and it holds a very special place in our hearts. We’d love to share our little piece of paradise with you! We hope you love it as much as we do.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

The marina and nearby fishing, snorkeling/diving and lobstering is excellent. My family love to boat, fish, snorkel and they enjoy beautiful warm weather. The tropical paradise affords the best sport fishing in all of the USA. The clear blue waters make snorkeling and scuba diving and fabulous adventure. The waters in the bay is a great place to ski or tubing, find and watch pods of dolphin or just sit and enjoy the most colorful sunsets over the water.

Futura is a beautiful oasis, gated for privacy, well appointed landscape, marina and pool make us feel like we are somewhere in the Caribbean and not in the US. The comforts of the US are all within minutes by boat, bike and car. The unobstructed sunsets at FYC are some of the best. The sun literally melts into the bay sending a cascade of colors across the evening sky!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We enjoy the spacious condo fully furnished to meet everyone's needs. Futura Yacht Club offers a large scenic marina, tennis courts, a huge heated pool, volleyball court and a wonderful picnic area right on the bay. FYC is one of the best communities we have found in our 30+ years visiting the keys. The grounds are well maintained and the marina and pool are some of the best we have seen down here.

Near by, the Founder's Park is a wonderful community park with numerous activities for everyone. The condo is so conveniently located to fabulous restaurants (Marker 88 is a family favorite), local breweries, Theater of the Sea, shopping, bowling and movie theaters for evening entertainment. Boating and fishing is at our beck and call. Bring your own boat, hire your own captain or rent by the day. Bicycles are fun too. Boat slip rental is available.
