Perfect Spot

This was a perfect place for us. Just the right sizw, far enough from the OC chaos, but still close enough to activities and restaurants to keep us busy. Owner was in constant contact with us and was very helpful with any quaetuons we had. Overall a wonderdul place!

what a great place! Kayaking and exploring the wetlands off the back dock was the highlight. Place was clean and well-stocked. Restaurant a few doors down can be a little loud.

Thanks so much for the beautiful accommodations! Walking distance to parasailing and boat rental, dinner, and the pool. Short two minute drive to the beach and Fenwick boardwalk. Kids loved looking for crabs and kayaking whenever we wanted was awesome! Beautiful place, great location, we will be back!!

First Time to Delaware

Beautiful bay view, fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry, very responsive property owner! The only one downfall is the distance to the beach. Would definitely rebook! Perfect spot for our first visit to Delaware.

Dream Property

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The location is convenient to just about everything. The house is beautiful and very well appointed. Little touches like finding toilet paper, laundry soap, and various other staples already there. I fell in love with their brand new washer/dryer stack… It works much better than what I have at home and now I’m shopping for something similar.The view from the three back decks is extraordinary. As the cherry on top, our host, Andrew, was always readily available, helpful and extremely eager to please. We will likely be back next year.

Beautiful Bayside Retreat

We could not have asked for a more perfect place. Everything was lovely, very clean, and pleasantly decorated. I’m not one to write reviews often, however I felt that the owners deserved the love. We would absolutely come back!! The location was perfect. The views were stunning. I highly recommend this gorgeous house.

Relaxing Getaway

This was our first time staying bayside, and boy did it meet all our expectations! A quiet, beautiful bayside view with a quick drive into the hustle and bustle of Fenwick. The property itself was spacious, updated, and had an impeccable view of the bay! The home was a hop, skip away from Papa Grande, and Catch 54, both excellent places to enjoy and meal and have a cocktail. We loved every second of our trip, and cannot wait to come back next year!

Our hosts were thoughtful and responsive when we had questions. The house is well stocked. We cooked a big meal and found everything we needed. . But what made the trip was the amazing view and the kayaks!
