Cabin 7 at the Osborn Boat Ramp on Patoka Lake in Southern Indiana is 10 Minutes from French Lick, Indiana.

The cabin has 2 bedrooms, living area with couch, streaming channels, kitchen,full bathroom, and covered porch with outdoor furniture & ceiling fan. The hot tub is located in the sunroomon the lower level.Beautiful view into the woods from the hot tub area!Fire pit.
The kitchen has pots, pans, plates etc. You will need to bring spices and your food. The cabin has a gas grill. You will need to bring firewood. There is a gas station and Dollar General conveniently located 5 minutes form the cabin.
Bedding - 1 Bedroom with a Queen, 1 Bedroom with a Queen. Sofa in the Livingroom
Swing set for the kids nearby. Games can be found in the cabin and on the porch. Hammock Forest, Outdoor library and Hiking trail on the property as well!

Loved how they had multiple food appliances to use, the hot tub was very relaxing, and the fireplace created a warm welcome.

Laid back

Had a good time exploring French Lick. Didn’t have any real plans and had never been in the area before. The Baden and French Lick resorts were very nice. Found a great German restaurant. Had a great weekend getaway!

This cabin was very cozy. However there is no waterview which was slightly deceiving per the map, regardless it was a nice, quiet getaway.

We enjoyed the stay. It was quiet which we were looking for. The place was clean well taken care of an ready for us to enjoy. The hot tub was relaxing as well.

Positives: Cozy, large space, semi-private, entirely private hot tub, full kitchen, Roku tv with full access, quick and polite team responseNegatives: Uncomfortable/hard mattresses, low hot water supply in shower, very strong chemically hot tub (maybe just a one time mistake incident, but the stronger than normal chemicals in the hot tub made my girlfriend and I both extremely ill, with the effects on our lungs lasting several days. However, Cindy quickly took care of this for us and fixed the hot tub within the day, so I don’t necessarily hold this against them!), neighbors closer than expected/advertised, door is very hard to lock/unlockOverall I would still recommend this as a place to stay despite its downsides. With every incident the team was quick to respond, acting polite and apologetic. The hot tub incident was likely a one-time slip up as I wouldn’t believe the hot tubs would usually be this chemically, the log book was full of people loving the hot tubs but the one we initially received was unusable. They replaced the tub with plain water and our experience from then on was great! Other than that if you separate your showers, stretch plenty in the morning to remedy the slight back pain from the hard mattresses, and don’t mind taking a couple minutes to figure out how to lock the door each time you leave, I believe this is a great place! We had a great anniversary and would likely come back if we came here again!

First timer

The cabin was cozy and aesthetically nice. When searching for a cabin, I wanted only 2 things: WiFi and a hot tub. The wifi was extremely poor. There was a hot tub but it was only accessible by leaving the cabin and walking down the driveway of rocks and entering a room under the cabin. We didn’t bother using it. Upon cleaning up before checking out, there was a lizard/salamander about 6-8 inches long on the bedroom floor! Aside from having a shower, I could’ve saved $500+ pitching a tent outside.

Nice place to rest in the woods while exploring French Lick or Patoka Lake.

Easy self check-in, clean, quiet. Hot tub around back in private enclosed room. Plenty of parking especially if you have a boat. Nice place to relax and regroup. No issues, easy self checkout. Awesome buffet a quick drive south, French Lick quick drive North. Not on the water put surrounded by Lake Patoka with a really nice boat ramp area at the end of the lane.

Very clean

The property was very clean. However if you're looking for privacy this cabin isn't for you. The other cabins are very close & you have to go outside & walk around the back of the cabin to get back inside for the hot tub. Also internet & phone service is poor. But overall the cabin was clean & close to town.
