La chambre que nous occupions Ă©tait trĂšs humide malgrĂ© le temps chaud et sec. Il fallait mettre de la chaleur Ă  fin d'ĂȘtre plus confortable dans la chambre.

The check-in was long and the room was already in use by another guest. They had to give me a different room and it was very dirty and nasty. Tub faucet wasn’t even attached to the wall. Looked like blood stains on the bed linen. Felt like a one star motel. This is not a hotel. All the doors go to the outside. The curtain for the window didn’t even cover the window and we were on the first floor.

The breakfast got boring after three days. YOU NEED TO PUT A MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM!! And A SMALL COFFEE POT WITH TEA BAGS! Otherwise it was fine , but when u know there’s four guests in the room please provide four towels at the beginning

Not the best. Definitely needs updating. Extra fees when you arrive. Bathroom was falling apart. Super loud neighbors that blast music until 3am. The location is great for Universal & the shuttle is a plus. Would be okay for a night. Maybe not longer than that in my opinion. Lots of parking.

Rooms were not since we arrived. Report complaints to manager and nothing was done. Asked for refund but they refused. I suggest that you take this place off your list.

Overpromised and Underdelivered

When I called previous to my stay, I was told on the phone that they had a restaurant and bar. When I checked in and asked where the restaurant and bar were located, I was informed that "whoever" had told me that inaccurate story was wrong and there was no such thing as a restaurant and bar. The staff was very apologetic but did not eliminate the fact that I now had to figure out how to feed myself outside of the Convention I was attending in Orlando. Additionally, on Monday, I passed by the small workout area that I try to use always on the road, but found a sign that said CLOSED! When I asked a staff member when it would be open this week they went to ask someone else and came back that they thought it would be open next Monday, 2 days after my 4 days stay. Another disappointment, to say the least. Also, there were small gnats flying around my room for all four days which I received some bites on my legs in addition to a decent size bug that was under the towel placed on my bathtub area that scrambled to get away when I discovered it hiding. When I told the staff about this problem, they told me they could spray the room next Monday which again was 3 days after my departure. Despite all these disappointments, not once did anyone offer any kind of reduction in my bill or anything at all to make up for a very poor experience. Not exactly a recipe for success and even a consideration of a return visit. Not good at all.... Ken Kobane

Sub par hotel with hidden fees.

It started with a Biden fee plus $100 deposit that I’m still waiting for. The room was “clean” but there was rust and some mildew in the bathroom. In the mornings when I woke up the carpet was wet and so was the bathroom floor. There were no good channels to watch on the tv. Of I wanted to stay in a hotel I would’ve stayed at the host hotel of my conference.

Pas terrible

Attention, 14$ par personne à ajouter à l'arrivée, malgré tous les échanges par mail avant... La chambre est ultra humide. Par contre bien placé pour aller à Universal. La navette du matin est parfaite car on arrive à l'ouverture, par contre pour le retour c'est 18h, ce qui est un peu tÎt... Nous sommes donc rentrés à pied, ça fait 2 km et c'est tout droit

Not a good place

The check in was ok but the extra fees doubled the price of the room. The room looked clean but after we were there awhile we realized everything felt wet. The next morning our ceilings were dripping and everything was humid. The shower head didn’t have any pressure and it was broken. The room started to smell musty. When we checked out and told the front desk our problems they said did you have the air on, yes we did it’s Florida!

was super close to seaworld discovery cove awuatica close to beaches the pool is actually open til 11pm which made relaxing after super long days so easy! staff super nice close to numerous restwraunts and stores so you dont have to go far for anything you need!

My family and I arrived at 330 am; the front desk said the hotel was busy and had no room for us (it had all been paid for 4 months earlier!!!). They said they could reimburse us and we could leave if we were not happy!!!! After 2 hours they gave us a room with just 1 bed (we are 3 people !). We could observe the same happening with other families! We were able to get our room with 2 beds a day later. Additionally, they never explained the room would not be cleaned daily - just every 3 days. The workers at the front desk were hostile to people. Such as unhappy and terrible stay. I am sorry for my family and others who went through the same.

The front desk was pleasant, but really didn’t have any answers to my questions about local things. The rooms could use updating.. The landscaping definitely needs redone. Breakfast I liked it’s a nice hotel if you don’t mind paint chips and a little bit, Warren carpet and Furniture, the pillows were terrible they were like Half pillows.
