The check-in was long and the room was already in use by another guest. They had to give me a different room and it was very dirty and nasty. Tub faucet wasn’t even attached to the wall. Looked like blood stains on the bed linen. Felt like a one star motel. This is not a hotel. All the doors go to the outside. The curtain for the window didn’t even cover the window and we were on the first floor.

The breakfast got boring after three days. YOU NEED TO PUT A MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM!! And A SMALL COFFEE POT WITH TEA BAGS! Otherwise it was fine , but when u know there’s four guests in the room please provide four towels at the beginning

was super close to seaworld discovery cove awuatica close to beaches the pool is actually open til 11pm which made relaxing after super long days so easy! staff super nice close to numerous restwraunts and stores so you dont have to go far for anything you need!

It was beautiful, serene, easily accessable with an AMAZING breakfast bar. I really thought for the price that we paid that I would be disappointed but I was absolutely amazed! Thank you so much for your hospitality! I would definitely recommend you guys any day.

Not the best. Definitely needs updating. Extra fees when you arrive. Bathroom was falling apart. Super loud neighbors that blast music until 3am. The location is great for Universal & the shuttle is a plus. Would be okay for a night. Maybe not longer than that in my opinion. Lots of parking.

The front desk was pleasant, but really didn’t have any answers to my questions about local things. The rooms could use updating.. The landscaping definitely needs redone. Breakfast I liked it’s a nice hotel if you don’t mind paint chips and a little bit, Warren carpet and Furniture, the pillows were terrible they were like Half pillows.

I was told the room is going to be cleaned after 3 days stay. On 4th day the room was still untouched, and this time I was told I should have requested the cleaning. Stayed 5 days in total. Cleaned my own trash, bring fresh towels and toilet paper.

The shower curtain needed to be replaced. The shower bar was sagging. The lamps on the bed stands were old and rusting. The window A/C was difficult to adjust. Also, no wake up phone call service. Breakfast was the best part of the stay. Lots of food and choices. Room was clean.

Sub par hotel with hidden fees.

It started with a Biden fee plus $100 deposit that I’m still waiting for. The room was “clean” but there was rust and some mildew in the bathroom. In the mornings when I woke up the carpet was wet and so was the bathroom floor. There were no good channels to watch on the tv. Of I wanted to stay in a hotel I would’ve stayed at the host hotel of my conference.

I wouldnt stay there again. Doorknob fell off bathroom door, shelf closet broke, keys didmt work, gym was under construction , breakfast was lack luster. Sheets were dirty and when i told staff it looked like blood specs on it she said it wqs mold as if thwt was qny better. Terrible. Good location tho
