Bed Configuration: King (Primary Bedroom, Main Floor), King (Guest Bedroom, Downstairs), Queen Murphy Bed (Den, Downstairs), Sleeps 6

Description: Located in the resort of Echota, this downstairs Timbers floor plan condo (stair access only) features two level living with two living spaces. These spacious condos are great for two families or families with children, each with their own space to enjoy. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, inviting living room with gas log fireplace, primary bedroom, bathroom and œ bath. Access to the covered deck is provided from the living room or the primary bedroom as well as the mountain views. The primary bedroom is spacious with the primary bathroom attached. Located downstairs is another living room area with cozy gas log fireplace as well as the guest bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. There is also access to the covered deck downstairs through the living room or guest bedroom. This condo is downstairs with stair access only (7 stairs total).

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

Perfect getaway

Wonderful stay. Lots of space for our family. Had to buy shampoo as there were travel size body wash and lotion bottles but no shampoo. The coffee pot broke but the manager was very responsive and offered to grab a new one before we left. Loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. Would definitely stay here again!

Mountain Getaway

The check-in process was super easy, they let us check In a couple hours early. The property was very clean and the location was just as we had hoped. The two story layout was perfect for our family. I would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing!!

From check-in to check-out, everything was great! The place was better than what’s pictured - all spaces large, super clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room chairs and couches, spectacular views both during a March snow day and then sunny day after, and roads treated during the snow showers making travel easy! The downstairs den with sectional and Murphy Bed gave the teens a space of their own! Great location with a short drive for tubing at Sugar Mountain. We all agreed it’s a place we’d love to stay in again AND longer than a quick weekend trip!!

Great porches!

The condo was spotless and, being in a part of the development that is less congested, very quiet. Everything about our stay was comfortable: as a point of information I will mention that the mattresses, although nice quality, are quite plushy. We are used to very firm mattresses and this was an adjustment for us. The condo is in a great location for exploring the area. A moment of Mom praise: the condo has a good old fashioned washing machine with an agitator and a tub that actually fills with water! It is hard to understand from the description that the condo is on the lower levels of the building (each building has four condos, two up and two down). Once you are inside however you can’t tell and it doesn’t feel like the level it appears to be from the entrance. Each floor within the condo has a bedroom, full bath, living area, and porch. Overall, this is an ideal spot for families with older kids.
