Description: Located in the resort of Echota, this downstairs Timbers floor plan condo (stair access only) features two level living with two living spaces. These spacious condos are great for two families or families with children, each with their own space to enjoy. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, inviting living room with gas log fireplace, primary bedroom, bathroom and ½ bath. Access to the covered deck is provided from the living room or the primary bedroom as well as the mountain views. The primary bedroom is spacious with the primary bathroom attached. Located downstairs is another living room area with cozy gas log fireplace as well as the guest bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. There is also access to the covered deck downstairs through the living room or guest bedroom. This condo is downstairs with stair access only (7 stairs total).
