Cue the winter season fun in this mountain home located right on Camelback Mountain only 1 minute away. The perfect destination for skiers, snowboards, and family fun in the snow!

Feel the mountain vibes with rustic log-style beds, charming furnishings, a warm indoor fireplace, and gather in our bright windowed spaces. Downstairs you'll find a delightful finished basement complete with a vintage barrel bar featuring a mini-fridge, a professional ping pong table, and a mini theatre experience.

Indoor Comfort:
Our beautifully remodeled 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse offers comfort for all ages:

On the main floor, Bedroom #2 features a queen-size bed, and Bedroom #3 boasts bunk beds (top twin/bottom full) along with a smart TV.
Upstairs, the Master bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, and another smart TV.
Downstairs, an extra room awaits with 2 more bunk beds (top twin/bottom full). TVs are thoughtfully placed in 2 out of the 4 bedrooms.
The downstairs game room is a real treat, featuring:

A professional-grade JOOLA Rally TL Indoor Table Tennis Table (Ping Pong) for thrilling matches.
A theater-like experience with a giant 75” TV and top-notch sound quality.
Sink into 2 huge bean bag chairs for ultimate relaxation.
Sip a drink at the vintage barrel bar, equipped with a mini-fridge and a smart TV.
Challenge each other with our provided XBOX and 2 controllers (don't forget to bring your own XBOX games!).

We've also got a selection of family board games that everyone can enjoy!
The open floor plan seamlessly connects the dining area to the patio deck, where you can take in the fall mountain scenery. Our well-equipped kitchen comes with a convenient coffee bar. And when the evenings turn chilly, gather around the charming stone fireplace and enjoy the view through the wall of windows.

Step outside to the fully furnished outdoor deck patio, complete with an outdoor grill (propane provided).

Please note, we've removed the dart board for safety reasons.

Guests do have access to the garage, and need to enter through the front door in order to open the garage. The entrance does require going up a staircase.

Rules and Regulations: In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form. Within this form, all guests must provide the full names and ages of those accompanying the reservation, verify ID, and contact info. The guest maximum is 8 people including visitors. Only 2 cars are allowed at this unit, and all other cars must be parked in the Community Overflow Parking Lot. 3 cars max.
Other things to note
Your safety and the safety of our home matter. This property features exterior security cameras.

Must be 26 to book, no groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old.

Great communication/house
Amanda was very helpful and accommodating during our stay, I would definitely recommend her as a host. This house was perfect for a weekend away.

Not what it seemed
The front of the property is not the entrance. The entrance is a downward sloped trail to the very steep staircase on the side of the house. It sleeted when we were there and due to the steep slippery stairs we were unable to exit the house from the staircase. We had to go through the garage and my young granddaughter went down the treacherous staircase. Had it not been for her we would have been held captive in the house until the next day when the ice melted. Many lightbulbs were out and the light switches make no sense . In the future a garage door opener should be included so you can get out via the garage. House had poor layout and basement was always cold no matter what we did.

Super cozy home in a great location
We had a wonderful time at this home. It was clean and had plenty of room for 7 of us. So cozy with great views. We lit the fireplace daily and played games or just relaxed. Great location. A couple of minutes from the mountain which was awesome for skiing and other activities. We felt comfortable and safe in this home. Great place for a vacation!

Weekend Getaway
We had the BEST time during our weekend getaway! The house was amazing and accommodated all eight people with beds. We were amazed at how close the mountain was! Amanda was great and communicated with us whenever we had any questions. 10/10 would recommend!
