Beautiful location. Excellent communication. Learning curve to get the temperature just right with the swamp cooler and AC. Owner willing to help with all questions. Beds are comfy but very soft. Nice and clean.

Kitchen had ice tray with brown liquid in it, soaps were watered down, dirty dishes in dishwasher upon arrival, and the bnb is actually a duplex with a different address. Kitchen “island” was loose. But the house was secluded and quiet. No actual complaints.

Tree House Getaway
Lovely three level unit with room to hang and a spread out. The bedrooms upstairs were nestled by trees giving a tree house feel. Bright and sunny. The downstairs was perfect for those wanting to watch TV. Nice outdoor spaces and all for a decent price. Good communication. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable home
This property was as described and very comfortable. It was easy to communicate with the owner, who accommodated my request for an early check-in. There were a couple of things that didn't work as they should and Todd was understanding and attentive. I would definitely stay there again.

Quiet wooded property in busy Millcreek neighborhood.
Good location in Millcreek on a quiet cul-de-sac wooded lot. The duplex was comfortable, cozy. First floor living room & kitchen a bit smaller than in photos but worked out fine. Todd our host was very helpful; check-in & check-out went smoothly.

Quiet property
The location of this duplex is perfect. It was so quiet yet so close to everything. I rented it for recovery after a transplant and I did not know it had stairs. I had reached out prior to renting and all he mentioned were 2 steps up to the bedroom but there is a full basement. I did have to reach out to him a couple of times with some issues and he was quick to reply and fix the situation. Overall, it’s a nice quiet property.

Misleading pics.
Nice duplex, however, 3rd room was in basement, you have to go through the undeveloped washroom/storage area. The whole place has a wierd smell. No locks on balcony doors, and it made my kid feel unsafe. Towels in the restrooms had holes in them and needed replacing. The pics make the place seem alot bigger than it actually is. If you are on an all guy trip, or are College-aged kids this is the place for you. We were three, and it felt small for us. Beds are comfy, host was pleasant.

Excellent location, everything you need
Lovely little non-conforming neighborhood with trees including two gorgeous giant maples and a canal stream with a resident male mallard on patrol. Comfy bed, shades allow room darkening for sleeping in, plenty of linens and kitchen gear including a dishwasher, full range and oven plus a big fridge. Five minute drive to main in district of Sugarhouse. You can walk to the grocery store, chain stores, independent shops and food/drink establishments. Quite comfortable. Adjustable desk for working remote. It's thoughtfully outfitted and arranged. If you want all the bougie updates like real granite or whatever you'll pay a lot more.

Comfortable and Quiet
The duplex unit is at the end of dead end street off of a major 4-lane throughway. Still, we felt we were in a more secluded area. There's a small shaded backyard that was lovely for family to hang out. Later, 8 of us were able to sit in the living room - kind of tight, but we managed. We were able to Airplay the NBA games from my iPhone onto the smart tv. Spaces are a bit smaller than I thought they'd be. Still a more than decent place to stay. My only unhappiness is that there were 270 in extra fees - 56% above the per night stay. Fees vary from place to place. Be sure to check which fees might be waived in advance (property damage fees)

Cozy stay in SLC
Todd was extremely responsive after a few cleanliness and thermostat hiccups. Provided Todd a few recommendations for basic supplies to be added to help travelers like hand soap and cutting boards. Otherwise, place was cozy and comfortable and would stay here again.
