I stayed here for 9 nights and it felt very homely! Blake is a great host and the neighbourhood is nice and quiet. Definitely recommend!

Perfect place and host for our ski getaway

The host was immediately accessible, incredibly accommodating, and made us feel like guests rather than customers. This basement apartment was the perfect fit and function for our boys' skiing getaway.

Stay at Sugar House was sweet

It was nice to have the space and amenities of this basement apartment when I was visiting the area. Everything I needed, plus produce from the host's garden.

The apartment is a good value for the price. Owner good communicator. Nothing fancy and very small bathroom but the bed was comfortable and plenty of room. It was very close to places we needed to go.

Cozy place and well maintained!

This is a great property centrally located in the city. Very close to the freeway and easy access to all the SLC ski areas. The apartment is well maintained and appointed—just the like the photos. Blake is very responsive and quick to communicate. I highly recommend both the property and the landlord!

perfect for us

My 3 teen / adult kids & I stayed here 3 nights. Blake's communication was great, the location was perfect for us, the place was very clean & had everything we could've needed, including laundry facilities, the decor was fun / interesting. The place was exactly as described, but the photos in the listing did not do justice to how sweet it is. I hope to be in SLC again & would love to stay here whenever we are.

Great little apartment in a nice neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable along witha nice leather chair and large sofa. Smart TV had many fee apps and movies. Kitchen was well equiped with gas stove, good cookware, utensils, coffee maker and large fridge. Would stay here again : )

Blake is a great host!

I had been looking for a reasonable place to stay for a week of skiing. This basement apartment is conveniently located to downtown yet only a half hour drive to my favorite ski areas. It has a very comfortable queen bed in the bedroom and a very comfortable couch where I watched premium movies on a smart TV. This is exactly what I was looking for. Very quiet and comfortable.

Had a good time. Location is on a mountain, roads going up are not kept very well on the mountain. We didn't use the hot tub or fire pit, but everything we did use worked and was user friendly. (We had tried to community the prop managers before via email but never got a response.) No issues though with our stay.
