Osage Beach Top Floor Condo with Main Channel View

Features lakefront master suite with access to a private patio. The living room is cozy including a 60" HD TV which is perfect for watching TV or your favorite movie. High speed WiFi Internet is provided free of charge along with cable in the master bedroom. The kitchen is filled with all the things you need to enjoy your stay at the lake. Amenities are 2 pools, playground, along with quite wooded area that is great for walks. Boat slip is available for additional charge with a boat ramp close by. Free trailer parking.

Self Check-In with electronic lockbox at the door. Heart of the Ozarks, 24 MM Osage Beach. Within minutes of lake night life! Redhead Lakeside Grill, Paradise, Backwater Jacks, Dog days, Margaritaville, Wobbly Boots, Shorty Pants, Wicked Willies, Reserve 1932 and The Strip.
Complex offers swimming pool, tennis court, children’s playground, quite wooded entrance.
This is a top floor condo, with spacious vaulted ceilings. Sit on the deck and enjoy the amazing view of the water or relax by the pool on a hot summer day. Take the kids to Big Surf Waterpark just minutes away, play miniature golf, ride the go-carts, go horseback riding at Margaritaville, or there's GREAT shopping at the Outlet Factory Shoppes.
Onsite activities for the family include swimming in the lakeside pool, fishing off of the docks that are equipped with electricity. There is also a walking path along the waters edge! If you decide to stay inside, you will have everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Our unique condo has 2 Queen beds and 2 Full size beds, fully equipped kitchen, 4 cable TV’s and all linens provided.
If you have a boat, bring it! And if you don't have a boat, Aqua Toys Rental or Surdyke’s Yamaha rental is located on either side of the complex.
Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed in condo or on deck. We DO NOT provide pool towels. Absolutely NO PARTIES!!
Minimum 3 night rentals during prime vacation times.
Boat slips are available for an extra fee per night depending on size and availability.

If you are looking for a spacious place to stay in the Ozarks, this is it! It’s quiet, but close to anything you would need to do. We would book again!

Perfect place to stay!

We were in town for a softball tournament. I waited until the last minute to book hoping to find the "right" place to stay. Close enough to the fields, restaurants, things for teenagers to do. Somehow this condo was still open and it was perfect! Clean, comfortable, easy access, great communication and right on the lake. The space was perfect for our group of (4) 14-18 year old kids and (2) parents. The loft space was the perfect spot for a nighttime hangout. We didn't get a lot of time for the amenities but the kids liked the pool for a quick swim between games. Kids played a round of golf right down the street before/during a monsoon. Saw so many deer so drive careful, they are beautiful but rather slow on the roads. We would definitely stay again. Only comment would be maybe to look into a larger griddle when feeding 6 breakfast the pans were just a bit small but I know that may be expecting too much and we made it work :) Again thanks to the owners and if you get the chance to stay here I think you will be glad you did!

Get away

Very nice condo. Communication was excellent. We were worried with the holiday weekend it would be crowded, but it was an amazing stay! The pool was very nice. All the extras left at the house helped a lot. Especially the aloe left in the refrigerator. Thanks so much for the beautiful location and house.. You made our trip easy.

Condo was great!

Pictures show exactly what the condo looks like. Kitchen was great with everything a person needs and more. Spiral staircase is a bit tricky, but nice to have more space in the loft. Couch is super comfy and allowed us all to have a spot to watch TV at the end of the day.

The condo was perfect. There was plenty of room for us and everything was very clean. We had a great view of the lake! We had a little trouble getting the lock to work when we first got there but Kelly was great and responded right away. Would stay here again!

Quiet weekend getaway

My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend at this property. We loved the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom. Even in the winter, the lake is gorgeous. Even though this was a last-minute trip, the owner was easy to work with and quickly responded to our questions. We want to return to this property during the summer months.

Excellent condo with great views

The condo was great and exactly as pics show it. Communication with property manager/owner perhaps was outstanding. Very responsive and provided every detail needed. Location was perfect as it’s located about on the middle of the lake, main channel, so you can easily boat either direction and go wherever you want. Will definitely recommend!

Clean, beautiful and comfortable

We stayed for a week at this clean and comfortable condo! We loved it! Honestly, it was better in person than shown in the photos. The view of the lake and sunsets were stunning from the master bedroom. Communication with Kelly was speedy and helpful. Highly recommend this condo!

Great stay!

Great condo...very quiet area. Comfortable living space and bedrooms. Nice kitchen. Really appreciate the two extra beds in the loft! Made the perfect stay for my husband and I, three adult daughters, and son-in-law. Kelly was easy to work with and always quick to answer a question.
