The apartment is on the first floor accessed by stairs (shown in the picture of the building entrance hall).
Kitchen: dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, stove, oven, blender, toaster, kettle, glasses, dishes, cutlery. The kitchen has access to a small balcony facing the street.
Main bedroom: cable TV, wardrobe, 180x200cm bed, sockets by bedside table (incl. USB).
Office/ Guest bedroom: printer, sofa-bed, working desk and comfortable office chair. This room has access to a balcony facing the backyard. The sofa bed, when opened, turns into a 140x190cm bed.
Living-room: smart tv with cable tv, wide sofa-bed, dining table for 6 persons. The living room has access to a small balcony facing the street (the same balcony as the kitchen).
Corridor: cleaning cabinet, wardrobe, safe box, tall mirror.
Bathroom: 1 full bathroom with bathtub and hair drier.
Laundry room: in the basement, a shared laundry facility with washing machine and drier. Iron and ironing board also available.
Summer months: ventilators in every room, 1x portable air conditioner.
Winter months: extra heating devices for those who prefer to have it warmer.
Small children: let us know if you want a high chair or baby bed placed in the apartment (please tell us in advance, we can only place them according to availability). You will find plates and forks for kids in the kitchen! We have no safety nets on the windows and our electrical outlets are not protected, please take care.
Surveillance: the guests should note that there is a security camera by the stairs (outside the apartment).
