Pool water evaporates quickly. PLEASE use the garden hose to maintain the water level above the surface skimmer. Failure to keep the water level above the skimmer will turn off the heater.  ***$100 fee for a pool company to turn the heater back on.  Please do not adjust any pool settings.

Family Vacation

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed to stay comfortably. We enjoyed the space, the grilling area and the pool! Communication with the property owner was great and he adressed any questions we had quickly.

As Advertised; Excellent Host Communication

We loved this stay for our family vacation/reunion. The outdoor space is incredible and we loved the pool! Beds are comfortable and the house (and kitchen!) is well stocked with basic needs. We had a few issues/needs come up during our stay and the host was extremely responsive in managing our requests. Excellent location to beautiful Madeira Beach and quick access to Publix, Walmart, local restaurants, and right next door to a wonderful ice cream shop! Would recommend, and would stay again!

Great House for Large Group

We stayed at this property for five nights over New Years. We had 13 adults and this was a great house for all of our “framily.” Plenty of space for everyone and great amenities including heated pool, basketball goal, ping pong and a putting green. The kitchen is a little small but was well stocked. Close to beach too. We enjoyed our stay.

Madiera Beach House

We had a wonderful week relaxing and enjoying the pool throughout the day. We went to Madeira Beach daily and it was only a 5 minute drive away. We also visited Indian Rocks Beach one day. Since there were so many of us, we limited the times we went out to dine, and instead opted to cook and eat at the house. There is a grill available along with indoor/outdoor dining areas. This was by far the best stocked beach house we have ever rented. It has all the essentials for both pool use and the beach. It was complete with beach chairs, a wagon, and sand toys. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone who visits the St. Pete/Madiera Beach area.

Cute house with plenty of room.

The place was a very short drive to the beach. Decorated very well, and the living quarters above the garage was perfect. The pool was very green and gross upon arrival but we later found out that they had just came to put chemicals in and stirred the debris from the bottom before we arrived. I think maybe a day or two between guests should be taken into consideration, since that was one of the deciding factors of our short stay, yet it wasn’t supposed to be used right after they do that. However, communication was awesome between the owner and myself, and he had the pool guy there the next day. We were able to enjoy it at a later time. The master bedroom off of the kitchen does not blow enough cold air, as it was very hot in there, yet cold throughout the rest of the house. We found a fan in the closet but it just blew around hot air. The ceiling fans were not working in a couple of the rooms, and the owner let us know the day we arrived. No one ever came to fix them. We were ok with that because when I’m on vacation, I do not want to have to wait around on someone to fix things or get there and take time out of our short stay. Again, maybe a day or two between guests should be scheduled for repairs. All other rooms were perfect. There were plenty of towels, chairs and we used the wagon to take to the beach. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Golf trip with great friends

Our stay at this house was great in every way! Spotless, spacious , comfortable am with plenty of space to sleep 12 guys. The amenities are plentiful! Beautiful pool, game room, enough TVs to entertain an army! The kitchen was stocked with anything you’d need. We all enjoyed the lanai, with plenty of seating for all The location is fantastic! Close to beach, many restaurants and bars, and an ice cream shop right next door! This house is a 11 out of 10! Exceeds expectations all around! Book this for a large group it’s perfect for families and friends groups.

Great home with lots of room

The home was very spacious and well stocked with all the necessities, plus extras! We really didn't need to purchase anything other than food. There were lots of games to keep the kids busy and the ice cream shop next door was an added treat.

Family beach wedding vacation

We chose this property when we were planning a family beach wedding trip. The location was close enough to Clearwater Beach where the wedding was held, yet far enough away to be the perfect location. This was the perfect house for us with three generations of family. Plenty of room, clean, beautiful pool and awesome game room. BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!

This property is unlike any other & especially for the price! 5 minute drive to a beautiful Gulf beach, 2 minutes to sprouts or Publix, 30 second walk to some of the best ice cream in town, 4 beds/3 baths & a loaded game room garage!? Are you kidding me! The host is very responsive & helpful in case you need anything! Can’t wait to stay here again in the near future!

3 generation beach trip

We had an amazing time during our stay. Home is nicely decorated, very clean, and close to John’s Pass. The garage area is perfect for the teens to hang out. Our granddaughter was so excited to merely walk for ice cream. Host was very responsive for any questions that I had. Would definitely stay again!

Best Trip Ever!

This is one of my favorite VRBOs I have booked. The property is absolutely perfect in every way. Beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cart, cooler, etc.) was so awesome, pool was perfect, plenty of towels and amenities provided. Property was exactly all that was described and more. Less than 5 minutes from Publix, Madeira beach, and plenty of restaurants. AC in the garage is a window unit that is slow to cool off, but we had no issues otherwise! If we ever return to the Tampa area this is where we are staying!

Clean and close to the beach

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic VRBO, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From the cleanliness to the proximity to the beach, everything exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the property was exceptional. As soon as we stepped inside, we were impressed by the pristine condition of the entire place. It was evident that the hosts take great pride in maintaining a spotless environment for their guests. The floors were sparkling, the linens were fresh, and the bathrooms were immaculate. It truly felt like a home away from home. Additionally, the location of the VRBO was perfect for our beach getaway. It was just a short drive from the beach, allowing us to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf without having to travel far. We loved being able to spend our days by the ocean and retreat back to the comfort of the VRBO whenever we pleased. The amenities provided in the VRBO were top-notch. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. The house was spacious and perfect for a large family . The pool and game room was amazing and having an ice cream shop right beside the house was a huge bonus. Furthermore, the communication with the host Colby was excellent. He was responsive, accommodating, and provided clear instructions for checking in and out . I will be back for another stay!

We had plenty of room for our large group and plenty of parking. Colby was very accommodating, and easy to get a hold of. Location was close to the beach and groceries/shopping. We loved being able to walk to the Dairy Joy every night for some desert.
