Our stay was great! The house was great and super clean! All the bedrooms were upstairs and set up great! The only downfall was there was a basement under the house being rented out that we never knew about until the second night when they complained our kids were being too loud! We had absolutely no clue as the listing said whole house and never mentioned anything about the basement is rented out separately so that was a little odd and a little scary honestly. But other than that it was great!

One night stay

The neighborhood was sketchy as reported by a previous review. Lots of crowded mobile homes & traffic. The home itself was clean, But the sheets & bedding appeared to not have been washed. It was obvious that a young family lived there, and probably slept in the camper trailer in the back yard. It felt like we were intruding on their life, and also we felt like we were being ‘watched ‘. We were there only for one night or we would not have stayed there. Also, I don’t remember the listing saying that all the bedrooms were upstairs. My 84 yr old mother had to sleep on the sofa because she couldn’t climb the stairs.

Hi Patty, Thank you for the review. We do live next to a clean and nice mobile home park. There is also a school right next to our home. I’m so sorry the sheets didn’t seem clean, they were all most definitely washed, I can guarantee. We do own a camper and store it in our yard when not using it; however, we would never stay in it in the yard while hosting guests. We were not staying in the camper. We have now mentioned that the rooms are upstairs as we didn’t think of that being an issue but should definitely be noted for accessibility.

frontier days

we came to Cheyene for a concert. the property was clean, comfortable and in great condition with easy access to town. the neighborhood is not the best but we felt safe , had a great stay and would reccomend this property

Great space for family gatherings!

We rented this space for the Thanksgiving holiday for area family. The main floor living area was large enough to accommodate our family. Our host was very responsive.

Easy access to Frontier Days

This is a super great place to stay. The neighborhood might take you back for a moment, but right in front of a school. Nice, new clean home that is very comfortable. Super easy access to downtown and Frontier Days. And a great host!! I would recommend this home to anyone!
