This lovely lady located in the Cheyenne Historic District know as The Avenues is a 4 bedroom 2 bath home that is comfortable and spacious. Centrally located, you will be walking distance from Frontier Park (Frontier Days), Botanical Gardens, Historic Downtown Cheyenne, the Wyoming State Museum and the newly restored State Capitol Building. The Airport and Central Café are also blocks away. The master suite with a king-size bed and spa like bathroom in the basement is a wonderful place to relax on the comfy couch in after a day or night of adventure in Wyoming. The farmhouse kitchen has all you need to cook a meal and dine in or just have a cup of coffee in the cozy breakfast nook. The house is prefect for groups with the large living rooms and several dining areas or for couples wanting a hide away retreat.

Clean &cozy

Traveled to Cheyenne for work for a couple of weeks and had a great experience. The house was clean and comfortable to come back to after long days. Cheri was very pleasant to talk to and has a beautiful home.

Cute and Quaint!

Came to visit family in the area. Very clean and filled with little extras making my family more at home away from home. Even with a small plumbing issue, the owners responded quickly and had it fixed promptly without interfering with our plans. Recommend this home and hosts if you’re visiting Cheyenne!!

Great place to stay for Frontier Days and any vacation to Cheyenne - close to everything - walk to Frontier Days Rodeo and the parade. Super comfortable home and a great host.

Our family came out for our son's wedding. This house was perfect! It was centrally located for everything! The owners were very easy to communicate with! The only downside to this property was parking was really tight. Don't bring a large vehicle.

Comfortable stay

The property was what we needed for our large family group to stay for a graduation weekend. The beds are comfortable, linens and towels are quality, seating areas are perfect for a large group and the off street parking was handy as this house sits on a busy street. We would definitely stay here again and may just do so for our son's master's program graduation next year. There is street noise which is louder in the upstairs front bedroom but nothing can be done about that. We always being ear plugs when we travel so it didn't bother those of us who had them. The room with the king bed and sectional in the basement is not a bedroom and is open to noise from upstairs and has a glass door separating it from the downstairs hallway where the other bedroom is. Not really any privacy so a heads up on that. The king bed is memory foam and the other beds are regular mattresses. I note this because memory foam mattresses are not good for me and may be good info for others to know. The two bathrooms are nice and clean, as well as the rest of the house. We loved our stay and the house was so comfortable, cozy and inviting. Thanks for having us!!

Perfect and Exceeded Expectations

The space exceeded our expectations! The check in process was simply, the hosts were always available, and the space is HUGE with nice bathrooms, a wonderful kitchen, big laundry room, and nice outdoor space. It's close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again!

Charming, clean, comfortable

This was my first experience through Vrbo or anything like it renting a house and I was more than impressed. The house looked even better than the pictures and everything was shockingly clean. We loved the neighborhood and enjoyed meeting neighbors, eating at a local cafe and walking through nearby lions park. Our host was responsive and helped with any questions quickly -both leading up to and during the trip. The rate was very reasonable and much preferred over a hotel. A funeral brought us to Cheyenne, but the accommodations allowed my family from all over the US a great place to relax and connect. I’d recommend this house to anyone and everyone looking for a place to stay in Cheyenne.
