Maison en pierre 130 m² avec vue sur la mer et jardin de palmiers

très calme sur un versant, on a de la salle à manger, salle de bains et une chambre mer à tout moment.
Sur la terrasse, vous pourrez admirer le coucher du soleil. Dans le jardin caché, vous pourrez cueillir les citrons directement dans l’arbre et préparer des spécialités sur le grill le soir.

La cuisine entièrement équipée, une grande table de chêne de la cheminée et le salon ouvert se trouve au rez-de-chaussée, tout comme la salle de bains et un accès au jardin et terrasse. En outre, il y a trois chambres, un dressing et balcon.
Les épais murs en pierre naturelle offrent un confort optimal et en été, la chambre est équipée de la climatisation.

Ayvalik attend avec ses rues pittoresques, des églises, des mosquées et des maisons hantées. Le nombre étangs restaurants offrent des entrées de saison et des plats de poisson frais. L'huile d'olive savoureuse provient directement de la presse locale sur la table.
Description Ayvalik et alentours:

En quelques minutes, vous atteignez les ruelles qui descendent vers le centre-ville. Au port, vous trouverez caffees ensoleillées, restaurants et magasins invitant à la flânerie et à la boutique.

Au sept kilomètres de long plage de sable de Sarimsakli ou les petites criques de la péninsule Alibey, qui est visité en raison des restaurants de poissons de loin, peut être atteint par bus ou taxis toujours voyageant île en un rien de temps. Les nombreuses îles au large de Ayvalik invitent à des excursions en bateau, pour les plongeurs, il est un véritable paradis sous-marins.

Le ferry est quotidiennement l'île grecque de Lesbos portée. L'aéroport est à 30 minutes Edremit Izmir peut être atteint en moins de deux heures. Assos et Bergama invitent à des excursions.

Ein Paradies auf Erden

Ein traumhaft schönes Haus, welches uns verzaubert hat :) Ein riesengroßes Dankeschön an Britta, die uns den Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht hat. Man kann diese Erfahrung nicht beschreiben, man muss es erlebt haben ♥️ Leider gibt es "nur" 5 Sterne zu vergeben.

The best breakfast view in town ....

Loved the balcony and garden, it was a great place to start the day. Everything you could possibly need was supplied in the cottage, and the host provided such a thorough file of useful local information and a refrigerator full of food which was appreciated and unexpected. The cottage is located on the hillside, amongst other old stone buildings which makes it an interesting walk through the cobbled streets to take in the character of Ayvalik. Conveniently located to walk around Ayvalik sights, restaurants and to the Cunda ferry. Car parking was a challenge, we always got a spot close-by but some people would find the narrow roads and access difficult to manage. Also the number of steps down into the property, up to balcony and within the property between bedrooms and bathroom would be difficult for those with mobility issues. We had a great stay and appreciated Britta’s prompt and helpful communications during our stay and arranging convenient arrival and departure meetings.

We are absolutely delighted with our stay. All of it including: response time, greeting in Ayvalik, the welcome spread (thank you for sticking the fridge for our arrival) and importantly, the house, its view and location. The house is very well designed. equipped and decorated. We had everything we needed. It was also a pleasure to be part of that neighborhood - even if only for a few days. Thanks to the house owner and lovely agent.

An Oasis in Ayvalik

Our two week stay was fabulous thanks to the location of this very well maintained and care for house. The garden provides great shelter from the heat and the patio area is a perfect spot for breakfast, lunch and especially dinner admiring the sunset over the island of Cunda. The house is tastefully furnished, quality linens, functional kitchen, and nice bathroom. The neighborhood is very quiet and it is walking distance from the center of town. Driving up to the house is not recommended, but there is parking down the street near the tea garden.

Amazing house with fantastic view

I was very fortunate to select this house for my stay in Ayvalik. The house is truly amazing with all the amenities you can ask for and the best feature is its fantastic view of the bay and proximity to downtown. We were four people in our group and we all agreed that we made a wonderful choice renting Britta's gem, we would definitely highly recommend this gem of the property to anyone who wants to visit Ayvalik.

Fabulous old house

This was our second stay in the house. It's beautiful - lovingly restored and artistically appointed, with a lovely walled garden complete with flowers and shrubs, fruit trees, a palm tree and small lawn, plus marvellous views across the bay from the terrace. The owner goes to a lot of trouble to make sure you feel welcome; there's everything you need if you want to cook or if you just want to laze and wander and its scrupulously clean too. Ayvalik is only a short walk through atmospheric, narrow cobbled streets where the friendly locals smile at you and exchange the traditional greetings and where you'll see old Turkey, the way it used to be, complete with horses and carts. Boat trips from the harbour are great if you want a full day out swimming and seeing the islands, or you can potter over to Cunda on a shorter boat trip or drive to the more distant beaches on the island or at nearby Badavut. Ayvalik's street market on Thursday is a wonder not to miss too, as is a drive across the mountain road through pine forests to Bergamon and the ancient site of Pergamon and Asclepion. Plenty of good restaurants in Ayvalik too and the bars by the harbour are wonderfully relaxing places just to sit and stare and enjoy the scene. Thoroughly recommended.

ein absolut tolles Haus!

Wir haben uns im Haus Palmengarten sehr wohl gefühlt und vor allem den tollen Ausblick beim Frühstück bzw. am Abend genossen. Das Haus ist mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin hat sich sehr fürsorglich um uns gekümmert und auch zwischendurch mal nachgefragt, ob wir was brauchen. Ein sehr herzlicher und willkommener Service! Die Umgebung von Ayvalik ist absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man Urlaub abseits der typischen Massentourismusgebiete machen möchte. Wunderschöne, kaum besuchte Buchten auch im Hochsommer, wenn man es lieber etwas lebhafter möchte, kann man auch am Strand von Sarimsakli seinen Spaß haben.

Wunderschöne Oase zum Wohlfühlen

Das Besondere an diesem Haus: Es liegt in Ayvalik inmitten der Altstadt in einer kleinen ruhigen Straße am Hang mit phantastischer Sicht über die Bucht und die vorgelagerten Inseln. Das ursprünglich griechische Haus ist ganz neu renoviert und bis ins Detail liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Schöne für unsere Familie: Das Haus war ein idealer Standort für unsere Interessen. Unsere erwachsenen und fast erwachsenen Kinder wollten Wassersport betreiben, was mit Dolmus oder Mietauto gut zu erreichen war. Mein Mann und ich konnten faulenzen, lesen, Baden gehen (einige Strände ganz nett) oder Ausflüge unternehmen. Wollten wir alle zusammen sein, gab es genügend Platz für gemeinsames Essen, Spielen oder Ratschen, aber auch genügend Platz um seinen Freiraum zu haben (Terasse, schöner Garten mit Hängematte und Liege, Chillerstuhl im Wohnzimmer usw.). Usere Oase: Egal, von welchem Ausflug wir nach "Hause" kamen oder nur in Ayvalik unterwegs waren, einer lebhaften und noch sehr türkischen Stadt mit einem großen, schönen Markt und vielen Restaurants, hatten wir immer das gute Gefühl, in unsere Oase der Ruhe und Erholung einzutreten! Gerne kommen wir wieder! PS: Noch nie lag ich so romantisch unter einer Palme in der Hängematte und hatte dabei eine so schöne Sicht!

Magnificient

We were very lucky to have found this rental .The house has an excellent central location in the centre of old Greek part of Ayvalik , and you can walk to all the important sights. Warm and stylish décor,cozy bedrooms with fresh linens and extremely confortable beds. The owner was always prompt to answer all my questions .Payment was handled in a secure manner and we had a fantastic overall experience. The house is exceptionally appointed and nothing was missing during our stay. Although we were only 2 couples, 4 adults. The top floor of the house is fantastic , best of all a roof terrace with the most incredible view onto the Agean sea and islands . The owner has left a very thorough manual with tips and instructions, so everything is well explained and you feel at home in this wonderful rental at once. I can't say enough good things about the house and its owner. Four of us stayed there is a week, and we all agree that it was one of the best places we'd ever found for long time. The house was inviting and comfortable and had so much character. We would definitely recomand the rental and when we come back to Ayvalik we would love to stay there again! P.S : Garden with hammock and wonderful sea view was the bonus for us :-))

Fevkalade

Auf Türkisch würde ich sagen: "fevkalade". Da bedeutet "wunderbar" oder "fabelhaft". Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und die Lage ist nicht zu überbieten in Ayvalık. Nahe am Zentrum und trotzdem weit genug um die Ruhe auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick (Bucht vom Ayvalık) zu geniessen. Wir werden bestimmt bald wieder in Ayvalık auftauchen!

Ayvalik Special Boutique Home

We stayed for a little over a week at this wonderful old Home. It was a quiet and allowed us to feel part of the community. The view is outstanding and spending time on the terrace was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen has all the amenities one requires, the quality of the home furnishings are exceptional - four Stars. The garden and terrace allow for privacy and give a real mediterranean feeling. We could not have asked for more. Wonderful home and the owner Britta is terrific to deal with. We highly recommend this lovely home and wonderful locale.

Boutique Home

We stayed for over a week at this special home. The house has all the amenities and more than you could want. The living space is charming, the garden lush and tranquil and the terrace has a view to die for. The property is well maintained and the owner made us confident that should we need anything our needs would be looked after. We had a wonderful time in this absolutely boutique style home, it was in a quiet location nd the view day and night made our vacation very very special. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Home to even the most particular family. Thank you Britta for your wonderful home.

Tolles, authentisches Steinhaus, erholsame Tage !!

Ich war ein paar Tage in Ayvalik und habe das Wohnen in dem authentischen Steinhaus sehr genossen. Liebevoll renoviert, stilvoll eingerichtet, alles funktionierte ! Man schläft ruhig, ist aber schnell im Zentrum und wacht morgens auf, mit einem Blick auf Cunda und Lesbos. Am Abend macht es Spaß, auf der Terrasse einen Wein zu trinken und in die untergehende Sonne zu blicken. Kitschig? Nein, genau so will man es doch. Ich werde bald wieder dort sein.

super Lage, schönes Ambiente, ruhig, Erholung pur

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem eingerichtetenHaus verbracht. Ob auf der Terrasse oder in der Hängematte im Garten - überall hatten wir einen schönen Meerblick. Das Haus ist mit Liebe und Stil möbliert und gestaltet. Die Ausstattung der Küche enthält alles was man zum Kochen benötigt, wie auch schönes Geschirr. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer funktioniert prima. Wir haben uns in einheimischer Umgebung mit Fußweg zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Markt und Restaurants sehr wohlgefühlt. Mit einem Mietwagen konnten wir viel in der Umgebung besichtigen. Unsere 17jährige Tochter mit ihrem Freund fanden die Nähe zum Ort, besonders am Abend, klasse, wie auch das mittägliche Chillen in der Hängematte unter Palme und Zitronensbüschen.
