Great stay for the weekend

House was great. Had everything you would need Only downside is the house is not in the best area. But we had no issues. Nights were quiet.

Our father is in hospice and we wanted to visit one last time. The property was clean and comfortable. If we have enough time left to visit we would definitely book it again

The host indicated there was a washer and dryer. There were none. The door code they gave me didn't work and they didn't know what it was. I went in through the back door via realtor lock box. Finally got the front door lock code right, then changed again the next day. Told Host I was checking out early because of the issues. Still trying to keep the money for the days I reserved but did not stay. Do Not Trust These People! Also it's a two bedroom house with no dressers, the couch was a love seat and the light above the stove didn't work.

Comfy cottage but yard needs work

The check in process was easy. The host was very responsive to our questions. We stayed for 3 weeks, and the host checked in several times to see if there was anything we needed. The location is not within walking distance to restaurants or stores. It is located in an area the appears to be going through revitalization. The back yard needs tending to in order for it to be a space you would sit out on the patio.

Very cute clean home

This home was perfect for my short stay in Tampa. It was very clean, the communication was great, check in process was smooth. Although it was not very local as I thought it was still fine and was satisfied with my stay. Recommend

Cute Little House

Overall very nice stay. The house is in a very interesting part of town but easy access to i4. I wish they had mirrors in the bedrooms, the tv doesn’t work (or we just couldn’t figure it out), wish there was ice or an ice maker. My elderly in-laws had a super hard time getting up and down the steps. The owners were responsive and helpful and everything was clean and cozy.

The house is not great and the neighborhood is worse.

There’s a dilapidated house acrossed the street. The neighbors house has bars on the windows. The porch is made of plywood. The backyard is a disaster; there’s overgrown brush in the backyard, who knows what’s living in it. I don’t believe the floors were cleaned well if at all bc my fiancĂ© got a fishing hook stuck in his foot. I had to wipe out the fridge bc there was food particles/it wasn’t clean. I wish there would’ve been a washer and dryer. Overall, I feel it was overpriced and we didn’t feel very safe.

Comfy Cottage

I came to Tampa during Labor Day with my mom to visit relatives and tour the city. This is a nice 2 Br/1 Bath cottage with some southern charm. The house is completely renovated/remodeled, with both street parking and a short driveway. Hen setup the place nicely and stocked the unit with snacks and a welcoming bottle of wine. The beds were also super comfy. The neighborhood is pretty residential, very quiet, near a park, and the neighbors seemed nice. I would say the area is "up and coming", and centric to most places in Tampa just a short drive away.
