Le point culminant de cette propriété est sans aucun doute la grande piscine (10m x 5m) entourée de gazon, qui invite les enfants à jouer et à prendre un bain de soleil dans les transats.



Profitez de la belle vue sur la montagne depuis la terrasse supérieure, meublée d'une grande table où manger en famille ou entre amis. Pour les amateurs de grill, grande barbecue extérieure rustique, zone où cuisiner les meilleurs repas en plein air. Grand espace chill out extérieur où profiter des moments de calme et table en bois située près de la piscine.

We had a lovely time in this beautiful finca.

It's a very relaxing place to be, the pool is very big, you have an amazing view from the terrace and lots of outdoor space. It is not far from Alcudia by car. The road to the house is bumpy so rent a car that is suited for this kind of terrain.

Great family holiday villa

Beautiful outdoor area where we spent most of our time. Villa was clean and had everything we needed. Several places to relax and eat together as a family with shade during parts of the day. Good location for visiting surrounding areas. Mosquitoes were a problem - so be prepared. But to be expected at the time of year.

This villa is beautiful

For the price we would definitely book again, doing things slightly differently. Pool is brilliant, really big and great for families. The villa is a great size and full of all the utilities needed. Plenty of living space and the cot and highchair provided is great. The hosts were responsive and answered all the questions we had and issue resolved quickly. The views were breathtaking, sunsets every night and stars galore when dark. We would definitely recommend Sa Pobla taxis, they know the area and found the villa straight away. Part of our group didn’t and took a while to find it. There is just a few things that you need to be mindful of. -NEED to rent a car, due to secluded location. -Car also needed to take all rubbish to a recycling centre, which we were not informed about. This centre is not possible to get to without a car. -NEED lots of mosquito repent, sprays, plugs and event nets. These things didn’t negatively impact the holiday at all.

Beautiful villa ideally situated to explore North Mallorca

My family and I have just returned from an amazing week staying at Gomila. The villa exceeded all expectations and turned out to be perfectly situated to explore the nearby resorts of Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia and Playo del Muro. each being reachable within 10-15minutes. The villa itself has so much charm, with its little nooks and crannies. Dining on the balcony looking over the fields towards the mountains while the sun set made our week, it was beautiful. The pool is great, though maybe a little deep at the shallow end to be letting little ones run around unsupervised. The kitchen had everything you would need if you wanted to eat there all week. We found ourselves using an outdoor barbeque for the first time in our lives and we were sorely tempted to use the pizza oven, but our cooking and firebuilding skills didn't stretch that far. This villa is set a little off the main road, affording near silence at times, with only the sound of the local wildlife to keep your ears occupied, but this means a car is essential for getting around. The owners were were a lovely couple and we remain thankful to them for allowing us to stay at their stunning villa. We definitely plan to return.

Beautiful Finca, Rural Tranquility!

To keep things simple - I'll bullet point the bits that matter :) Positives : - The vila itself is awesome, as are the grounds, the pool & the facilities. - It's safe and secure, so no issues there - It's close to everything (by car) - and far enough from everything to be silent aside from nature. - The night sky is fabulous! - There are some incredible restaurants in Sa Pobla - we recommend Place Vuit in the main square - amazing food and great location. Negatives : - MOSQUITOES!! If you go in summer - Go prepared! We thought we had - but forget the environmentally friendly citronella bracelets and sprays - they eat them for breakfast lunch and dinner - get DEET - it's the only thing that worked for any of us (we had to buy local after a few days of being munched constantly!) - also - go to teh local LIDL (about 5 minutes away in Sa Pobla) and buy the huge can of 'kill them dead' for about 2 euros (they do an outside version as well - but we only found it on our last day ARGH!) - The mozzies actually made it impossible for us to enjoy the outside areas after dusk. - Remember one of the shower rooms / toilets is outside and downstairs under the villa - and it's like running the mozzie gauntlet if you use it at night lol. - The beds & pillows are a bit hard if you like soft / mediums - but fine if you enjoy the firmness - Road in is bumpy - so rent an SUV All in all - it was a FABULOUS stay - and if there weren't so many places in the world to explore - we may return.

Das Haus im mallorquinischen Stil ist wunderschön, vor allem der Pool, die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, die Ruhe und der Ausblick waren toll. Die Anfahrt ist etwas eng und holprig, aber das war uns vorher bewusst. Ein Mietwagen ist dringend notwendig, um die umliegenden Geschäfte zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wie waren alle sehr zufrieden

Ich war mit meinen Freunden eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Als wir angekommen sind wurden wir mit diversen Leckereien aus der Region überrascht, das hat uns sehr gefreut. Das Haus war auch sehr sauber. Uns war nicht klar dass das zweite Badezimmer nicht in der Wohnung ist. Man erreicht es über die Aussentreppe. Alles in allem fühlten uns rundum wohl.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Finca, es ist an alles gedacht und gut gepflegt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, der Pool ist perfekt, der Grill top. Ausreichend Platz für alle. Klimaanlage in Wohnzimmer und Küche installieren. Mückenschutz effektiver gestalten und bei den Wespen am Pool gegensteuern.

Super Finca in ländlicher Lage

Die Finca war wunderschön. Sie ist sehr ländlich gelegen, die Umgebung ist gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft ist zwar etwas holprig, ein höhergelegtes Auto macht da Sinn. Es sollte aber nicht zu groß sein, da die Straße ziemlich eng ist. Ansonsten war alles sauber, ordentlich und super gemütlich. Die Finca ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden!

Die Finca und die Lage sind ein Traum

Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben! Der Pool riesig. Die Ausstattung hatte alles was man so brauch. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind wirklich in naher Umgebung. Trotzdem muss man ein Auto haben. Alles in allem war es ein Traum!

Empfehlenswert!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und weitläufig, in 10 Minuten sind alle Orte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist rustikal aber stilecht. Der Garten und der Pool mit dem Außengrill sind toll.

In dem Haus stehen den Gästen in jedem Zimmer Ventilatoren zur Verfügung. Die Finca bezieht den Strom durch die hauseigene Sonnenenergieanlage. Alles war so wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten, es gibt sehr viel Platz in den Kleiderschränken und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Ausstattung der Küche mit Geräten und Geschirr ist großzügig, allerdings waren wir zu zweit. Vermisst habe ich eine Grundausstattung an Öl, Gewürzen etc., aber vielleicht ist das hier nicht üblich? Die Eigentümer haben wir zweimal getroffen, sie sind sehr freundlich und gaben uns Tipps für Unternehmungen. Der Zustand des letzten Stücks der Anfahrt zu dieser Finca ist ein sehr holpriger Feldweg und bedarf dringend der Ausbesserung. Dieser Mangel sollte in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden.

Sehr schöne Villa / Finca in einer einzigartigen Kullisse von Bergen und Landschaft.

Die Finca ist super sauber und gut eingerichtet. Es findet sich alles wieder was man benötigt. Der Pool Bereich ist sehr schön und groß. Es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, wo man es sich mit seiner Familie gemütlich machen kann. Vor unserer Ankunft gab es paar Regentage, so dass einige Mücken unterwegs waren. Aber mit ein wenig Schutz lässt es sich super aushalten. Der Ausblick morgens wenn die Sonne aufgeht ist super schön und bei einem Glas Wein den Sonnenuntergang am Pool erleben ist einfach nur ein Genuss. Die Küche ist mit allen ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Schlafzimmer sind super von der Größe und der Wintergarten / Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich um auch bei kälteren Tagen zu verweilen und zu entspannen. Die Lage ist top und man ist ratz fatz bei den schönsten Stränden Mallorcas. Lage, Sauberkeit, Küche, Outdoorbereich, Mückenschutz im Haus, Pool alles im allen sehr zu empfehlen! Die Sitzmöbel (Sofa) innen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden

Wunderschöne Finca im Niemandsland

Es war sehr schwierig die Finca zu finden, zu mal es auch dunkel war. Eine bessere Wegbeschreibung hätte auf jeden Fall geholfen, denn GoogleMaps führt einen zunächst ins nirgendwo. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön, die Finca bietet viel Platz und jede Menge Sitzplätze. Der Pool war ein absoluter Traum, schön wäre es gewesen hätte man die Poolbeleuchtung anschalten können aber okay. Wir würden die Finca definitiv weiterempfehlen, wobei man zu vielen Aktivitäten schon ziemlich viel fahren muss, also Mietwagen definitiv Pflicht.
