Cette villa est un bel endroit pour des vacances en famille, située dans les jardins magnifiquement entretenus et à une courte distance en voiture de tous les sites historiques, ou à pied. Cafés et boutiques de Pollença. Il est une base idéale pour explorer la campagne environnante qui est très doux et plat et idéal pour le vélo. Il est également à moins de 10 minutes de la mer dans l'agréable station balnéaire de Puerto Pollensa.

Perfect location.

Perfect location with kids. They loved having their own place and pool. We also went to several beautiful calas nearby! Recommend this villa and place.

Gorgeous Villa with an amazing pool in an excellent location

Welcome pack was a nice touch especially as we arrived late at night. The mid stay fresh towels and sheets was a welcome surprise. Overall this villa was the best we’ve stayed in and was amazing value for the space and facilities.

Lovely Villa between Pollensa and Port de Pollensa

This was a lovely villa just outside of old town Pollensa which was a great location for exploring Mallorca. The villa was very clean and had a great outdoor space with pool, loungers, barbecue and table tennis. We very much enjoyed our stay and Malena was a very gracious host. Would definitely return!

Beautiful Can Ros

Super location, feels safe and secluded. Lovely house just 20 minutes walk into Pollensa. Sumptuous gardens surround the lovely pool. Malena the host is a lovely human being, very helpful and approachable. Gorgeous surroundings. Will be back!!

Exceptional Villa

This was an amazing villa and I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Pollenca. Malena the host was wonderful to communicate with and put us at ease. Check in was very straightforward as we were met at the property. The villa and surrounding outdoor space and pool was spotless and maintained to a very high standard. It was the perfect villa for our family holiday; a tranquil, private and peaceful setting, amazing pool and terrace, lovely kitchen, lounge area and bedrooms (with amazing views) and only a 15 minute walk into Pollenca old town. Thank you Malena and family for a wonderful stay, and for my birthday treats. We hope to return one day.

Exceeded expectations

When we arrived we were blown away by the garden and pool area- the photos don’t do it justice! The view of the mountains was the cherry on top. Malena the host was very helpful, friendly and approachable. The villa is beautiful and an amazing place to spend two weeks, we didn’t want to leave as it felt like home. A pleasant 15 min stroll into the town centre where there are lots of fantastic restaurants and cafes. The villa was spotlessly clean and the air con was much appreciated in the heatwave! Can Ros deserves all the 5 star reviews as it’s perfect and I can’t fault anything at all. We can’t wait to came back xx

A wonderful holiday

We have just returned from a week in Pollenca. The villa is absolutely perfect. The outside space is particularly good with a generous size swimming pool, a table tennis table and a great bbq. We were in constant contact with Malena who was informative about the local area and the festival in Pollenca. She also left us some essentials for when we arrived, which was much appreciated. We would not hesitate to return to this villa or this area.

Another perfect stay at this gorgeous villa

This is our second visit to the villa and it was every bit as wonderful as we’d remembered, even more so in fact as since our first visit the downstairs has been made more open plan by combining the kitchen into the dining/living space, which worked really well. The whole place was beautifully clean and well maintained, the pool area with the lovely plants surrounding it is a perfect spot to relax (and for the kids to play!) and we spent most mornings and evenings sat on the spacious shaded terrace. The nearby beaches at Cala San Vincenç and Puerto Pollensa were beautiful and we loved the market and restaurants in Pollensa town as well. It’s a perfect location with everything in easy reach. Malena was such a friendly and helpful host. After two relaxing weeks we were very sad to leave but will definitely return again!

What a gem

Malena was so friendly and helpful from the start of the booking process to leaving. She answered all communications promptly. The property is in immaculate condition and an ideal quiet location. There’s a restaurant within a 5 minute walk and two supermarkets within a 10 minute walk. Pollenca is a 15 minute walk (please note this is along the main road but you can get onto the verge) or use the fantastic bus service which takes minutes. Alcudia and Puerto Pollenca are also easy to reach by bus. If you have a car there is plenty of parking at the villa. The pool area is clean and well maintained as are the beautiful gardens. The property is equipped with all you require for self catering. The bbq area is clean and easy to use. We were on holiday with our grown up children and their partners and we never felt like we were on top of each other, it’s so spacious. Malena and her family go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and her welcome gifts were a lovely surprise. We would definitely return.

Just Perfect

Having just returned from a week renting this beautiful villa I felt compelled to post a quick review. Having got ourselves a little lost arriving, the owner, Malena was more than happy to come and meet us to put us back on track. She was very pleasant and accommodating throughout. Whilst the villa is hidden away from the main road offering one privacy and quiet, it is conveniently located, only a short distance from the old town and Puerto Pollensa. Local supermarkets, LIDL and EROSKI are extremely close by too. a further drive around 20/25 minutes to Alcudia, where you'll find a stunning stretch of sandy beach, gently sloping into crystal clear waters. The air con in the bedrooms is brilliant, keeping us well cool at night and for once it was nice not to have restrictions put on their use. The pool seemed a little larger than the standard size, however please note - even the shallow end was nearly 2 metres deep, but there are steps down into it. I would definitely recommend this little haven if you're looking for a private, clean, quiet and some what quaint place to rent. I'm sure I'll be returning Steven Boyce Chelsea London

Tranquillité absolue. La maison est vraiment parfaite, propre. Le jardin est très bien aménagée et agréable, la taille de la piscine est top pour faire quelques longueurs. La propriétaire très sympathique et réactive à chaque demande. La maison est bien située et le voisinage est sympathique.

Ein herzliches Willkommen und eine zauberhafte Finca. Alles sehr sauber und gutem Zustand. Ich der Pool wird ständig gereinigt und lädt jeden Tag zum baden ein. Herausragend ein stabiles WLAN und 100 MBit!!! Klasse!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Can Ros. Sie ist einfach eingerichtet mit schönem Aufenthaltsbereich, 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern. Alles ist super sauber, es gibt AirCon für warme Tage. Der Aussenbereich und Pool sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Perfekt für Freundesgruppen, aber auch Familien. Malena und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und antworten schnell, wenn mensch mal eine Frage zur Villa hat.

Es war alles super. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In allen Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer gab es eine Klimaanlage, worüber wir uns bei den heißen Temperaturen sehr gefreut haben. Der Pool ist super!

Das Haus war super und entspricht den Beschreibungen und den Fotos. Noch besser ist allerdings Malena, die Vermieterin. Sie kümmert sich wirklich unglaublich engagiert darum, dass alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Einfach toll!

Wunderschöne Finca, die allen Bedürfnissen gerecht wird

Vom ersten Kontakt mit unserer Vermieterin Malena an haben wir uns gut betreut gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, die Ausstattung mit Wasserspielzeug und Tischtennisplatte hat die Beschreibung sogar noch übertroffen. Der Pool ist super, für Eltern von Kleinkindern ist es sicher besonders beruhigend, dass er (dezent) umzäunt ist. An den Obstbäumen im Garten haben wir uns gern bedient! Da die Finca in Laufweite von Pollença ist (auch mit Kids nur 10 Minuten), ist es natürlich ein wenig lauter an Wochentagen, wenn der Berufsverkehr morgens einsetzt oder an Wochenenden Konzerte im Ort stattfinden. Trotzdem fühlten wir uns dank der hohen Hecken ringsum komplett privat und Geräusche ließen sich durch das Schließen der Fenster minimieren. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Villa Can Ros is beautiful. It has everything you could ask for. Pretty grounds with lovely pool and fabulous scenery. The Villa feels very private and yet you are so close to Pollensa town, a 10-15 walk. Malena was a fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble for her. I will definitely visit again.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal da. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Das Stadtzentrum von Pollenca ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der nächste Supermarkt ist in ca. 1km Entfernung. Das Haus verfügt über eine gute Ausstattung, einen tollen Pool und Klimaanlage.

Perfect!

We were made to feel very welcome to Can Ros by Malena. They had made a recent alteration to access the area around the swimming pool via a slope rather than originally having steps. We were very grateful as it allowed our daughter who is in a wheelchair easy access around all the outside areas. We stayed for two weeks the villa is clean and comfortable for the 6 of us staying here (4 adults 2 children). The pool is a great size with 6 sun loungers and two parasols. There is an outdoor room which had table tennis and there is also a washing machine and iron and a seperate shower and toilet. Pollença old town isn't far to walk and there are two supermarkets also fairly near but it can be a struggle to walk to these in the heat! We hired a car for part of our holiday which we are pleased we did as taxis were hard to come by. There is a bus stop nearby and this is a good option to go to Puerto Pollença and Alcúdia they do get busy when we were there in the summer holidays. We would definitely come back!

Can Ros Villa Pollensa

Fantastic week in Can Ros, the villa is perfect for a family holiday, pool is great. All bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. Easy walk (10 to 15 minutes) to Pollensa town centre and an excellent local restaurant. Great contact from Malena helped make it a lovely stay.

Great little villa in excellent location

Loved our stay at Can Ros. Close enough to walk in to the town and ideally placed for the best of Mallorca cycling routes. There’s lots of outside space for chilling, a nice sized pool and shaded parking. Well stocked with crockery and cutlery. Loads of storage space for clothes, bikes and other gear.
