Three Cays Villa est un chef-d'Ɠuvre de quatre chambres et quatre salles de bain en bord de mer. Les vues de ce «Taj Mahal sous les tropiques» sont infinies et fascinantes. Il a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© au cours des trois derniers mois et la construction est terminĂ©e. Il a une nouvelle cuisine avec de nouvelles armoires, de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable de Kitchen Aid, des comptoirs en granit, un Ă©clairage, avec un Ăźlot pouvant accueillir six personnes, etc. Toutes les salles de bain dans la structure principale sont neuves, avec des vanitĂ©s luxueuses, des comptoirs en granit et des douches vitrĂ©es. A l'Ă©tage, les deux chambres ont une salle de bain attenante et la chambre principale a Ă©tĂ© totalement reconfigurĂ©e avec une immense baie vitrĂ©e face Ă  l'ocĂ©an pour permettre Ă  chacun de la voir en se couchant. Les meubles dans toute la maison sont Ă©galement neufs. Il y a de nouvelles fenĂȘtres et portes dans toute la villa avec une ouverture colossale donnant sur la terrasse extĂ©rieure et elle est ornĂ©e de portes coulissantes coulissantes qui peuvent ĂȘtre complĂštement ouvertes d'un cĂŽtĂ© pour permettre aux alizĂ©s de traverser la villa.
Asseyez-vous au bord de la piscine dans les jardins entiÚrement paysagers ou détendez-vous au bord de l'océan sur le grand patio en carreaux de corail. Pour ceux qui aiment faire de la plongée avec tuba, Three Cays Villa est nommé ainsi car directement derriÚre la villa se trouvent trois récifs naturels regorgeant de vie marine. House is in a nice neighborhood where you can get away from the bustle of Grace Bay. Pictures don’t show the beauty of the view and water that is right outside the villa. Villa is as advertised. Hermes was our personal chef for the week and was excellent! Great recommendation from the host and highly recommend doing. The villa had everything we needed. The beach chairs were great to use when we went to Taylor Bay beach. Everything was clean and comfortable, including the beds. Also appreciated that the air conditioning and fans in the villa worked well for us on some hot days.

The home was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well appointed and had pretty much everything you'd want if you plan to cook at home more than eat out. The other reviews and pictures tell the rest of the story. Awesome place.

Paradise

If you’re looking for a spectacular home away from home, Three Kay’s is the place. The Villa is beyond what the listing describes. It’s not until you step into the home and see the surroundings in order to actually grasp what awaits you. Enough space for 8 adults - parents and 3 adult children with their significant others. The kids had the main house and we the parents opted for the guest which was perfection. The location is super ideal. Private, quiet, safe and secure and super clean. A quick drive to anywhere. Opted to have a private chef come in each night for dinner. The Chef stated the kitchen was top notch and had everything needed to prepare for a large group. Even watched the leafs win game 6 on the big screen. Eduardo and Claudia are very special people. Attentive and kind. Their home radiates love and family.A big thank you to both!!We will be back - 110%

A perfect stay

We had such an excellent week at 3 Cays Villa! The villa is exactly as described and as photos show. Eduardo and Claudia were extremely responsive for all questions and concerns both before and during our stay. We had a peaceful vacation, just enjoying the house, the water, the pool, sun, and sand! My three kids were able to learn how to kayak, we rented waverunners from VitaminSea and they brought them to us! We visited Half Moon Bay again through Island Vibes, and dined at Indigo and Coco Bistro - all fantastic experiences! Can't wait to come back - We'd love to book the villa again!

We were a group of adults and little kids. Rarely do you find a property that is better than the pictures, but this one exceeded our expectations. The house was beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The property manager was very helpful and super responsive. We are grateful we found this gem. Book this property!

The perfect week!

Our family of six with four college aged kids spent a perfect week at Eduardo and Claudia's home. The villa was very clean, well appointed and super comfortable. Our every need was anticipated. The amazing views from almost every room in the house are not be believed, photos don't do it justice. The pool house is beautiful, and so comfortable. The pool and ocean were perfection, amazing green color, no seaweed, just beautiful soft sand. We didn't plan on it, but we spent most of our vacation at the villa. Every time we ventured to the busier side of the island (Grace Bay area) we longed to be back in our beautiful and private paradise. Thank you Eduardo and Claudia for opening up your home to us. We will be back!

Private and beautiful.

This was our second trip to this fantastic property. Everything was clean. Great views from every window. Can walk 500 yards out into the ocean and it is 3ft deep. Will be back.

First time Turks & Caicos vacation

My family and I spent 9 nights at the property. It is fully as described and pictured in the listing. Very spacious bedrooms, multiple outdoor seating options and great pool. Access to the ocean below the property was unexpectedly fun, especially at lower tide levels. Beautiful clear water. One of our boys even tried out a kayak. Kitchen is well equipped if you plan to cook. We would have welcomed melamine/non-porcelain plates and so forth for use on the covered porch or lower patio. Property manager was attentive to questions before our stay including car rental and private chef recommendations. We were looking for an opportunity to relax and decompress - this property made that possible and then some. We would welcome an opportunity to stay here again.

A Very Comfortable and Satisfying Family Vacation

The property is exactly as pictured. I especially liked the multi levels leading down to the ocean so you could always see mostly everything on the property. Even though the property was in the southern area of the island, you could get just about anywhere in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this property. We scuba dived 5 minutes away. Had dinners at Indigo and Blue Water Bistro. Nearly went broke buying groceries at the Graceway IGA. Everyone had a remarkable time and that was the key.

SPECTACULAR!!!

Our family of five had the perfect vacation thanks to the amazing host family and their amazing home! This was our first visit to Turks and Caicos, but we felt right at home thanks to the abundant amenities, serene ocean view, tons of privacy, and a host of local contacts to keep our vacation moving full speed ahead. Don’t miss the opportunity to put that giant kitchen to work by asking for Hermes to come over and cook a five star meal as a private chef! Spectacular villa and location!

Great and quick to respond owners. Villa is amazing and owners were thoughtful on the details from a well appointed kitchen and accessories to the phone chargers and so much more. We had an amazing week, great chef recommendations and activities. The water views were truly magical. Close to grocery store for all the essentials. Will have to plan another stay soon!

Amazing Villa

The villa is absolutely amazing! All 6 off us loved the villa. The gazebo, pool and the beach house were all wonderful. Pictures dont do the villa justice. Host and property manager were all very responsive. We will def be back to this house. The ocean water is amazing and you can walk to the island in the water.

Espectacular casa sobre el mar!

Muy linda y confortable casa sobre el mar paradisíaco de Turks! Muy lindos cuartos, excelente la terraza sobre el mar para comer y desayunar. Buen aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo en todos los ambientes. Todo muy cómodo! Solo le mejoraría algo el equipamiento de cocina y los adicionales para playa. Tendría mås y mejores platos, tazas, cubiertos y electrodomésticos como batidora. Y ofrecería también alguna sombrilla para la playa, equipos de snorkel y alguna embarcación a vela. Detalles que harían 6 estrellas a esta casa! Gracias por la excelente atención!

Amazing place

What an amazing place! From the moment you walk in the front door to when you explore outside everything is first-class. From the huge living room overlooking the ocean to the kitchen with all the best appliances then walking upstairs to the back bedroom with the view overlooking the ocean. As great as the inside was the outside was incredible. You felt like you were at your own resort it was so private. As soon as you walk out a large table where we ate breakfast has a perfect view of the ocean. The pool was great with plenty of comfortable chairs. Walking closer to the ocean there is another large deck that makes you feel you are in the ocean. As we walked into the ocean we were pleasantly surprised to find out that there was a sand bar. We were able to walk out into the ocean what felt like miles on a calm day. This place made our trip fantastic! If or when we go back to Turks and Caicos we are definitely staying here. We have already sent the link to friends and family who are thinking about going. Thanks again for opening up this fabulous villa to us.

Breathtaking view and relaxation!

Wonderful owners and host. House was better than pictures and expected. Quiet relaxing neighborhood. 180 degree water views, feels like you are on a private ship out in the water. So nice to walk right out in the water from the house to swim or kayak. Great pool and outdoor living. Highly recommend.

We had a great week at this island paradise. Property looks exactly like the online pics - plenty of space for us 7 adults. Owner and property manager very accessible and helpful. Location is private and not too far from anywhere you want to go - definitely get a rental car to get around.

Stunning Home in Idyllic Location

We had the opportunity to stay at 3 Cays over the Holidays and it could not have been more magical. The house is better than the description. The kitchen was amazing, we had a chef come in and he even commented "whoever owns this place must love to cook", the appliances are beautiful. The guest house was fantastic, our kids stayed there, and it was like having another small home on the property. The location was a bit out of town but that is what we were looking for. They have every amenity you could ask for; we loved the binoculars to watch boats way out on the beautiful horizon. If you stay here, you have to have a few meals down on the covered dining area just above the water. We loved this place and don't know how anyone could not give it a 5-star review. It honestly is like being at home as far as having anything you need, but only in an amazing location. Eduardo was top notch and always available if there were any questions. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for an amazing time.
