Kitchen

Dining Space

The nearby wooden table can seat up to four and is situated among windows. With its awesome natural light, this is a great spot to read, as well!

The first bedroom is a very convenient main-level king room with no stairs to climb! This relaxing space has a full bath, exposed beams, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light! Hello, afternoon naps!

You’ll find the spectacular master suite upstairs. This spacious room features a king bed, in-room jetted tub, cathedral ceiling, exposed beams, and a private en-suite bath. This space is fit for a king!

Perfect Getaway Cabin

This cabin was perfect for us! Great location, close to town. Very cozy and tastefully decorated for Christmas! Pool table, fireplace, hot tub, comfortable beds, everything we needed. We are very pleased with this property.

Beautiful cabin and very close to all the attractions

Vacationing with my brother and his wife. Cabin was beautiful! The upstair bedroom gave us our own privacy. Property management was very accommodating with any issues we had and resovled it fast. Would differently recommend to others.

Cute Cabin - Great Service

We loved this cabin and cannot say enough how much we were impressed with the service from Colonial Properties. They reached out to us several times to make sure everything was ok and sent a maintenance man out when we had an issue with the hot tub. The cabin provided quick easy access to downtown Pigeon Forge and it was nice to not have to drive very far to get home after a long day.

Really is close to everything!

Property is in a great location if you aren't the type to drive up into the mountains. Also, this would be great with children as you are right next to the pool and the altitude of the cabin is not high like many of the cabins. The cabin had a few minor maintenance issues, but nothing that caused issues with our trip. I would suggest a better (bigger) address or cabin name sign as it was a little hard to figure out the correct cabin.

Reunion of old friends

Property was perfect for two couples to reminisce after not seeing each other for many years. Accommodations allowed for separate private spaces but then common area allowed for times of card playing, watching a movie and sharing meals and good conversation. Close to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge but not too far away from our favorite place in the Smokies- Cades Cove. Cabins in this area are very close to one another, so no seclusion but this did not pose a problem. Would recommend!

Overall Good Stay

Checkout would have been a little easier/clearer if all of the checkout instructions for leaving were in one location (either the app or an email). There were some in both. It would also be easier to find the cabin with larger house numbers near the driveway instead of past the driveway. However, overall it was a very nice cabin in a good area. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay

We took our family to Tennessee for the first time and it was amazing. The cabin was just as nice, my family of 5 enjoyed it! The pool was close and the hot tub was nice to get into after swimming. There was more than enough sleeping space for us all. 2 problems that need fixed though- The dishwasher doesn’t get dishes clean because the soap doesn’t release. The tub upstairs needs the jets cleaned out. Again those weren’t deal breakers and didn’t ruin our stay or anything.

Super cozy and comfortable

Very nice comfy and cozy log cabin. Management was very responsive to any texts or calls made to them. The home was immaculate when we arrived. I think it would be nice to have an information book about how to work the TV (there were 3 remotes), we are all older adults and had no children to help us figure it out. After much button-pushing, we finally figured it out. We needed the wifi password which we inquired about with management and they responded right away. Overall experience was wonderful and I would recommend this cabin, especially to four adults looking for king-size beds.

The cabin was beautiful,in a great location, love the setup. One recliner did not recline.When the tub was used upstairs there sounds like a drip of water can be heard. I reported the recliner it was if they already knew. I flip houses from time to time and water can cause a problem if not fixed.

Cabin

Quiet area , felt safe , very clean , perfect for adult son and myself -each had our own bedroom and bathroom , loved the hot tub and son loved the whirlpool jet tub in his room , kitchen had everything we needed . Toilet paper needed to be better quality , was too thin and felt like sandpaper . Also, pool table was nice , but too close to walls and windows, cue sticks were hitting walls , hard to hit the shots properly. Need to display address number better , couldn’t see it .

Birthday Trip

The Colonial Properties staff was courtesy and polite. However, our check-in was delayed due to a leak in the upstairs jet tub & there were no available cabin options at the time. We did not find out until we arrived at the cabin to check in. As a result, we could not use the jet tub in the upstairs bedroom. The pool table ball pockets are torn so the balls just fall out and the room is too small for the pool table size. Sadly, we had to wash dishes upon arrival after finding food residue on utensils, baking pan, and plates. The light in the hot tub light did not work and we were unable to increase the temperature so not sure if this is a setting control locked or the buttons are worn out. The cleanliness of the cabin can be improved by dusting the common areas. We have stayed in several other cabins in the neighborhood in the past so this was extremely disappointing since this was family trip and birthday trip for my daughter.

Everything was great except upper bathroom floor has cracked squeaky tile but not that big a deal to us and we got awakened by squirrels in roof every morning lol, overall a great place to stay I’d do it again

Absolutely gorgeous cabin

We absolutely loved this cabin. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Cabin even had games for us to play and a pool table upstairs. The property manager even called me the day we checked in to make sure we got in ok and asked if we needed anything else. Very nice and professional experience. We will definitely be back.
