All Decked Out sits on a luscious, wooded lot, complete with 4 bedrooms plus a loft, 3 full bathrooms and plenty of room for a big family or group of friends. An inviting front porch greets guests as they arrive in the circular driveway and step foot into the open concept living area with a stacked stone fireplace and beautiful high ceilings.

The welcoming modern kitchen comes fully equipped with spacious countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware amateur, and even more experienced chefs could dream of. The adorable coffee bar makes brewing a 12-cup carafe or single cup a breeze and comes complete with all the necessities to start your day. Dine indoors at the table for six plus the four-seater bar or see why the property is called "All Decked Out" and enjoy al fresco dining outside on the awe-inspiring two-story deck, complete with a fire table, grill and string lights that create the perfect ambiance.

The main level features two King master retreats, each with a full bathroom and a tranquil 4-season room perfect for enjoying the feeling of outdoors no matter the season. The basement level includes 2 more private bedrooms, one King and one Queen with a shared full bathroom and the loft is furnished with 2 twin daybeds with trundles making it perfect for kids, teens or single guests.

All the bedrooms are "All Decked Out" with luxury bedding, premium pillows, smart TVs and the softest towels ever.

Speaking of "All Decked Out", the basement Game Room is stocked with a ping pong table, Mortal Combat arcade game, Pop-A-Shot basketball game, poker table, and yet another smart TV. There's also a couch and comfy chair, bar and easy access to the lower deck with more outdoor seating, a Big Green Egg charcoal grill and a firepit perfect for fireside chats and making s'mores.

It may be hard to leave the coziness of All Decked Out, but don't forget to get out and do some exploring! The cabin is located inside The Coosawattee River Resort, a master planned gated community nestled on over 9,000 acres in the North Georgia mountains with community amenities including tubing, kayaking, fishing, 3 pools (2 outdoor and 1 indoor), playgrounds, swinging bridge, multiple river access points and even a rope swing for jumping in the river, mini golf, game room, fitness center and more! The resort has provided us with 2 passes that allow up to 8 guests into the resort amenities for free. An additional card (for 4 people) can be purchased at the POA office for a fee of $59. The office is roughly 20 minutes from the home.

And we're just a short drive to the popular B.J. Reece Apple Orchard as well as downtown Blue Ridge with the historic Blue Ridge Scenic Railway.
