This tastefully furnished home is the perfect getaway in the neighborhood of Rehoboth Beach. Located within a few miles of Lewes Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park, and Rehoboth Beach this house is centrally located east of Route 1 and has plenty of room for your family vacation. With all amenities included and plenty of entertainment options this is the ultimate carefree retreat. Walkable to many restaurants, movie theater, mini golf, outlets, go-karts, water park and more!

*We provide bath towels, beach towels, bed linens, and extra blankets/pillows. We also supply toiletries (toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, body wash) in each bathroom.

*Fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs along with a Keurig coffee machine (with complimentary Kcups). Feel free to use our full size washer and dryer(with complimentary detergent and dryer sheets)

*If the weather doesn’t cooperate, or you just want to stay home for a bit - you can always find something to do in the house. Our TV logged in with complimentary Netflix, Disney+, ESPN+, Peacock, and Hulu. There is plenty board games and puzzles for adults and kids.

*Beautiful back yard with fire pit area and gas grill for you and your family!

* Ping pong table and rockets for your use

Bohdan was so helpful, friendly, and went out of his way to accommodate us. The fenced yard was great for our dog and the house was warm, clean, and cozy (but not at all small) for our New Years trip. The kitchen was really well stocked, the bedrooms, living room, dining room, and bathrooms were all great with lots of little details thought of. We felt completely taken care of. Thank you!

Lovely home!

We stayed for a week - three adults and two teenagers. The house was clean and well stocked. Just the right size for our family and pet dog. The fenced in yard was a huge plus. And the neneighborhood was very walkable. Being within walking distance to Dunkin donuts, the movie theater, and Midway amusements was a plus.

Nice family cottage in a convenient location

This was a great house for our family of 5 and our dog. The description said that there were two sets of bunk beds in the third room, but that room actually contained a double bed and a twin bed. That worked out fine for us. Our dog loved the enclosed backyard.

Cozy stay, near the beach

Upon check in we found the home to be clean and tidy. We were very happy with the fully fenced in yard, no gaps to be found that our small dogs could sneak through, and the fire pit area was great. Inside, the couch was more than big enough to accommodate us comfortably as well as the dining area. We appreciated a variety of tv apps downloaded and signed into upon our arrival but were surprised to find the queen size room lacked a TV and that the single double wasn't functioning properly to use. The kitchen was a tad tight but had everything we needed! We did find it odd that after making the final payment and receiving check in instructions that the check in/ check out times differed from the listing as well as that it was stated absolutely no shoes in the home but never mentioned in the listing but that dogs are okay? That said if we were to plan to come back to the Rehoboth Beach area, we would certainly check the availability of this home.

Owner cancelled last minute

We were in route to our weekend vacation and received a cancellation notice on my calendar. Upon reading it was the owner cancelling the reservation. We were an hour into our 4 hour drive. We had to stop and find another place to stay for the 8 of us. I will never rent from him again and will leave a worse than this review.

Great location, property was not clean!

We loved the location of the house. It’s convenient to stores, the beaches, and local attractions. We also appreciated that it was dog friendly. However, we had issues with the cleanliness of the property. Bathrooms were full of hair, bathtub was filthy (took me 20 min to scrub it clean so my one year old could get in it), and the toilets were dirty (I cleaned those too). I let the host know and they did not respond. There was dog hair on the couch so we covered them with blankets we bought at Marshall’s. The lawn needed to be mowed, so we didn’t spend much time outside. The entryway/porch is scary, definitely not a nice space at all. A couple of other random things to note. The floors are incredibly slippery. We all almost fell and my one year old slipped multiple times. Lastly, they have a camera at the front door, which is fine but was not disclosed in the property description. We wanted to love this stay but the fact that it needed to be cleaned upon arrival, the host didn’t respond, and Vrbo customer service didn’t care really damned our mood.

My family stayed here for a few nights before Christmas as a quick getaway. The house was clean and communication from the owner was very quick and efficient. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future!

Clean and convenient

Property was as described and very clean with nice amenities. Convenient fenced-in yard for the dog, comfy couch, and big tv. A little noisy from the road traffic, but only if sitting in the backyard. Located among a lot of stores and restaurants, about 10-15 minutes from downtown Lewes or the Rohoboth boardwalk.

Well equipped, affordable spot near the beach

This listing was exactly as described and was a great pick for our Labor day beach trip. Six of us and a dog fit comfortably in the house. It's near the main road but we had no issues at all with noise, and the fenced back yard was perfect for bringing a pet. The beach was about a 15 minute drive, so not too far at all.
