New York, New York! You're sure to love this fun, Big Apple-themed apartment right in the center of all of the downtown Lake Geneva action! This unit could not be more accessible to boat rentals, riviera beach, the lake path, and all of the popular LG restaurants and boutiques. Enjoy the simplicity of on-site parking, skip the downtown parking hassle and walk everywhere with ease! Featuring two bedrooms, two common area day beds (w/ pullout trundle), and one bath, the New York Suite can comfortably sleep up to eight guests.

*For the safety of our guests, two security cameras have been installed in the building common hallway*

*On-site parking available for two vehicles. Additional off-site parking is also available if needed. Please contact us if interested*

*This unit comes with a wifi-enabled smart TV (no cable)*

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and close to everything or a quick drive. Definitely would stay here again. Would suggest changing the description online that there is no dishwasher.

The apartment was great! Clean, fully stocked, perfect location. Just be aware the couches in the living room are actually twin beds for more sleeping areas. We were able the fit the family on 1 to watch tv together. Not uncomfortable, just different. Overall, it was a great stay!

Cute apartment, great location, fun girls weekend getaway! We loved the cutely decorated New York themed apartment. Perfect location to walk out our door and be right in the heart of Lake Geneva. We did have 8 girls in our group so a couple drawbacks for us was having 1 bathroom and no dishwasher. Otherwise a very comfortable, cozy stay.

Right in town

Super cute and comfortable home. Perfect for a girls weekend or for a family. Everything is within walking distance including cute shops and restaurants/ bars. The lake is a short 5 min walk. You can rent various boats/ watercrafts. Perfect getaway!

Bright, clean, and well maintained

The location is great because it gives you two parking spots downtown where public parking costs 4 dollars an hour. We parked and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit the whole weekend. The facility was quiet and very clean. The apartment was light and cozy. There was plenty of bedding, clean towels & toiletries. The daybeds in the main living room were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the dishes & utensils we needed for light meals. Definitely would recommend.

We love New York!!

We travel a lot and this is easily one of the nicer properties I’ve booked. We did a midweek “girl’s weekend” and this was the perfect spot! We were so close to everything, but the rental itself was so private, quiet and lovely! The attention to details is one thing that really set this place apart. Not only was it super clean and modern, it had such cute little touches that really made us feel like we were in a friend’s cool apartment! There were four of us on this trip, but there is easily room for eight if you don’t mind being a little, cozy and sharing one bathroom… Which we didn’t. We had fun gathering around the kitchen table to eat and drink, and we loved being able to cozy up on the couches in the living room to watch movies. The bedrooms are so inviting and comfortable! And even though there is only one bathroom, it gave us everything we needed. All the individual toiletries were appreciated, too! We are already planning our next visit, maybe to the L.A. or Chicago units! I highly recommend this property! We were all sorry to leave!

It was in the heart of the downtown "tourist" area. Short drive away from Alpine Valley Ski Area. We did do a lot of our own cooking. The kitchen had just enough for the three of us. I would have liked a few more kitchen supplies.

Amazing location!

We had a delightful stay in the New York City themed apartment! We had 8 people and there was plenty of room. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do and since the apartment came with two parking spaces, we avoided paying for parking throughout our stay. The hosts were accessible and so easy to work with. Thank you!!
