This gorgeous year-round home features an absolutely stellar sugar-sand beachfront and a view of Spirit Island on beautiful Lake Mille Lacs! 1-hour drive from the Rogers/Maple Grove area of the Twin Cities NW metro. This home features one of the best beaches on Mille Lacs Lake! The comfort and view from the full-length three-season porch create a relaxing and fun place to hang out and enjoy the sun.

This home has a master bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed on the main floor. Upstairs there is another large bedroom with a king bed and a huge open room with two twins over full bunks and a lot of room to play. This room also has seating and a large smart TV for watching movies.

Most folks spend much of their time out on the full-length porch. The home is fully equipped and has a stereo connected to the various speakers throughout the property and a laundry room.

The neighborhood is a quiet friendly neighborhood, but it is important to understand the home is right next to highway 169. It is a busy highway so there is some traffic noise.
