This is an updated and modern 3BR/2BA in a terrific location to visit Charlotte. This house is walking distance to light rail station and greenway. It is very close to uptown Charlotte, breweries, restaurants, NODA, and Optimist Hall. The house contains a outdoor deck and yard. There are 3 bedrooms all with Queen size beds. The master bedroom contains private bathroom with shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms also have queen size beds and share a full bathroom with tub and shower. Kitchen is updated and stock with cooking and eating utensils.

Just perfect!

Location was perfect for our needs. Really cute house, with lovely remodel/updates. Host was quick to reply and very helpful.

Wonderful place, just could be a little cleaner

The property was great and our stay was good. The house could use a better cleaning. There was a lot of dust and hair throughout the house.

Unassuming and gorgeous

You wouldn’t be able to tell how gorgeous this house is until you enter. Amenities and appliances are updated. The house has all basic necessities you need for a short stay. It’s on the corner of the block, so it’s easy to find and generous parking on site. Great communication with host who handled a grocery delivery that occurred while we were delayed. Thank you for a great stay.

Good location - Great space

The home was perfect for our family stay. We must have arrived right after a guest who blatantly disregarded the house rules of no smoking. The place smelled strongly of cigarette smoke for the first day, and it mildly lingered for the rest of our 3 day stay. It's a shame that people can be so disrespectful. The place itself was very nice, beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean with great finishes in all the rooms.

Disappointed

The house was ok. In a ok spot close to the city, we did like that, but dealing with the owner was a nightmare it was good at first then the he emailed me saying the previous person had smoked in the house, he said we could cancel for free wich was nice, that was no problem, until we checked out then he tried to say we did the samething, he was very rude about it and is trying to charge us for getting it specially cleaned...btw we didnt smoke in the house at all, we were going to consider staying again at some point but he wont be getting another dime from us....i suggest not even dealing with someone that is so rude and disrespectful...there are way better options out there....

Candice and her guests did in fact smoke cigarettes in the house for 2 days knowing this was against the rules. The rule was clearly discussed with her. It was obvious and there was absolutely no doubt that these guests smoked in our house. Our company has been in property management for 15 years and have exceptional reviews in all our properties. We work very hard to provide a clean house, excellent communication, and a comfortable stay. The biggest challenge is dealing with a guest like this who selfishly and purposely breaks a house rule; especially the No Smoking or No Drugs rules. This is completely disrespectful to us and to the next guest staying in the house. We will work diligently to fumigate the house for the next customer because we care about every customer’s experience. We’ll survive this unwarranted review and hope we can avoid guests like her in the future.

Stayed here with my siblings over the holidays and it was the perfect spot for us. Great location, impeccably clean, all the amenities you’d need and an easy check in and out process. Would definitely recommend.

Weekend Getaway

After seeing the house in person, I must say it looked even better than the pictures that were shown… Everything worked very well for the most part except for the Wifi because of connection problems and the pressure of the water in the showers weren’t as strong…. Besides that me and my family enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back in the future!!! Thank you for having us!!!
