Host was communicative and helpful. Place was clean. Living room comfortable with enough seating. I liked the decor. King room bed very comfortable but the others were just ok. The kitchen needs some TLC. The cabinets and drawers are dirty and don't open and close well. Cooking supplies and dinnerware are limited and old. I wished there would have been some basic hygiene supplies for shower.

Property was clean, nice, and cozy. The only negative was the lawn crew that came early in the morning. The loudness woke some of us up after a long night. Other than that, will stay again.

Please do not stay here if you have any allergies to mold. We had to vacate the home due to severe allergic reactions. The ceiling in one bedroom is cracked and a piece is falling in , the other bedroom had water staining and the wall was literally covered with dust, the master bath has peeling and water damage on the ceiling as well . The floor in the bathroom is peeling up and black mold around the tub, the carpets are filthy and the bath mats in the bathroom are brown from dirt . You can’t control the temperature , the mattresses are flat, the fire alarm was beeping due to low battery and when we arrived the alarm was set and went off. A big red flag was the overwhelming plug ins to try to mask the smell. I would not stay here ever again and I truly hope I can help someone else to not ruin their vacation. We were not offered any compensation after we had to pack up and leave after one night. We did report this to the owner with pictures of it all, but she denied there was any mold in the home.

Came here for the renaissance festival with a few friends and had a wonderful stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was clean and as pictured, the beds were very comfortable as well! Additional amenities were not provided such as shampoo/conditioner/soap so just ensure to bring your own, though this was not an issue for us. Host was quick to respond to any questions and was very polite. Would stay here for the ren fair again next year!
