The main living room centers around a fireplace, large sofa, and wall-mounted TV, giving everyone an easy place to thaw out after a day on the mountain. The updated kitchen sits just steps away with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed for quick breakfasts before first chair or relaxed dinners back at the condo. A second living area adds another place to spread out, complete with a TV and queen sleeper sofa, while in-unit laundry makes wet layers and repeat ski days much easier to manage.

Historic Main Street is about a 15-minute walk or a quick bus ride for après-ski, restaurants, bars, and shopping, making Silvertown the kind of Park City base where the car can stay parked while the day moves from first chair to dinner downtown.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
