Retraite méditerranéenne et bohème! Au coeur de la vieille ville et pourtant dans une tranquillité absolue, entouré d'un jardin méditerranéen. L'appartement luxueusement meublé avec goût dans un style moderne est confortable et familial, et si vous voulez vous détendre sur le balcon après une journée intense, vous pensez presque que vous êtes à la campagne, le silence et le charme méditerranéen sont en face du magnifique olivier Des yeux magnifiques. L'appartement dispose de deux chambres séparées et de 2 lits doubles confortables. Idéal donc pour 2 couples. Vous êtes dans la zone piétonne, mais accessible en voiture et dispose d'un parking privé sur demande, adapté aux randonnées et balades tranquilles à la campagne. Most amazing location in the heart of Bolzano's Old Town. So close to great restaurants, open markets, cafes and more and just a few blocks from Bolzano's wonderful walking paths along the river. Easy walk to train station.

A perfect place. The apartment is immaculate, spacious, very comfortable, well stocked and in a great location. It is better than the photos. Nice to have parking and a washing machine…so convenient. The owner was very kind and great to work with. We would highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay here again.

Great Place in Old Town Bozano

We were met by Ulla who took us to the parking spot and apartment. The apartment is modern but in a building dating to the 1500s. The Iceman museum is a block away and the cable car is a 20 minute walk. Two grocery stores, bakeries, gelato, fresh produce markets, shopping are all in a block area. Apartment is large and very comfortable. We would love to go back. Thanks Michele and Ulla.

Comfortable place

My husband, son, and grandson stayed in the apartment. We found it well-equipped and comfortable. The only downside was there was no air conditioning, but we were there during an unusual heat wave. Our host had one fan available and delivered a second one while we were there. the communication with our host was excellent. I highly recommend this property!

This is the absolute BEST place to stay when visiting Bolzano. The apartment is perfect! It is in the center of the old city, 1/2 block from a killer bakery and 1 block from a daily street market and supermarket. It is on a pedestrian only street and it is extremely quiet until the 0700 church bells which ate a pleasant wakeup. Michele and his wife Ulla take personal care of the apartment and your needs. We drove in on a rainy afternoon and Ulla met us at the “meet site” while she was standing in rain. We were lucky to score a rare parking space near the apartment, but downtown is condensed and so much fun. We also got a Sud Tirol Guest Pass which gives you free access to buses, able cars and museums.

Fantastic Experience!

We could not have picked a better place to stay in Bolzano! The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed, and the balcony was amazing! Michele was honestly one of the best hosts we've ever had, from personally taking us to our secure parking and the apartment, to delivering prosecco, coffee, and Bolzano passes that saved us quite a bit of money! The location was perfect on a quiet street just steps away from the historic center, restaurants, and the excellent archaeological museum. Fantastic experience

We were so impressed with the hospitality of Michele. He met us to show us around the apartment, gave us Bolzano/Bozen tickets which we used for museum access, Funivie (cable car), local rail transit. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and fully equipped with every amenity. Immaculate, modern and spacious. the location was perfectly situated in Old Town (quiet street but close to the old town center). The restaurants nearby are among the best we’ve ever experienced. Schöner Urlaub in Bozen

Die Ferienwohnung von Michele hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist zweckmäßig und schön eingerichtet und liegt in einer ruhigen Gasse. Das Badezimmer ist schön und groß, das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer und auch das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer sind sehr bequem, und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, wenn man mal nicht essen gehen möchte. Michele hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, und wenn wir nochmal nach Bozen reisen, würden wir uns wieder für diese Wohnung entscheiden.

This apartment was perfect!

Great location in the heart of Old Bolzano, convenient and easy walking distance to everything, and a lovely, comfortable apartment. Great restaurants, shops, wine stores, and outdoor market. he people are so friendly. We stayed the month of May and it was a delightful time. Michele was the perfect host and just couldn't do enough for us. We just can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our time here. Check out the 34 Euro Transportation/Museum pass from the Visitor Center -- it is a real bargain. Thank you, Michele, for a wonderful celebration vacation.

Schöne Tage in Bozen

Die Fewo liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße der Fußgängerzone, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Für uns immer wichtig, die Betten. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen :-))) Michele ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber und immer hilfsbereit.

My wife and I selected this for our trip to Bolzano. Location for this property is excellent. Walking distance within a few minutes of restaurants and grocery stores as well as the Iceman museum. The apartment is in spectacular shape and done in contemporary style, which we love, with comfortable beds and living area. Kitchen is well equipped, although a microwave would be helpful. The apartment has a washer. Michele was an excellent communicator and he clearly explained every thing that was needed. I highly recommend this property for your next trip.

Die Wohnung liegt für jemanden, der Bozen kennenlernen möchte perfekt. Alles ist in MInuten zu errreichen. Die Küche ist sehr gut mit Kühlschschrank und Gasherd eingerichtet. Ein Esstisch für max. 4 Personen ist auch da. Die Nachbarn unten drunter geben einem das Gefühl des italienischen Lebens, da Sie sehr intensiv diskutieren :-). Die Wohnung hat ausreichend Platz, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer mit Klappbett (sehr komnfortabel auch für 2 Personen) einem Kleiderraum und einem Badezimmer. Hier würde ich die Dusche gegen die riesige Wanne tauschen. Die Dusche reicht zwar aus, könnte aber größer sein. Den Balkon haben wir nicht genutzt, da er mit einer Markise abgedeckt ist und nur den BLick auf einen Teil des Olivenbaumes freigibt., daher kann ich zu der Qualität nichts sagen, hat aber eine aussreichende Größe um mindestens zu zweit nebeneinander zu sitzen. Die Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert für Paare, die mit genügend Platz zum Übernachten und eigenem Frühstück oder auch Snack am Abend ( nicht jeden Abend essen gehen) Bozen und die Umgebung erkunden wollen. Alle möglichen öffentlichen Transportmögklichkeiten sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Beim Parkplatz haben wir das Kfz lieber stehen lassen. Einmal rein und einmal raus hat gereicht. Man braucht es aber auch nicht wegen der sehr guten Lage und der sehr guten Anbidung. Wir würden wieder hin gehen. .

Perfekte Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Superb Location

This apartment is in a great location - has parking close by at additional cost - but parking is key in Balzano if you have a car. Apartment was clean and well equipped. The property owner was very responsive and helpful.
