Gulfport Hideaway Studio Apartment w/patio

A charming studio apartment is located a quiet neighborhood a short 10 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and beach in downtown Gulfport. This studio has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable queen bed, and full sized bath with tub with shower. It was completely renovated in 2018 and equipped with modern appliances. Located on the same property is a private residence available for rental during the off season June-Sept.

The private entrance is up a short ramp from your parking place in the shade of the car port. The private courtyard is a quiet place to enjoy your morning coffee.

The fully equipped kitchen area includes a full sized refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, full sized electric range with oven, and sink. Your comfort is assured with both an A/C and dehumidifier at your control. The 40" TV has a Roku Ultra controller for all your entertainment needs. A free, full sized washer and dryer are near by in an enclosed area by the car port. If you have any questions, drop us a line. Our goal is to make your stay a relaxing and enjoyable one.

Comfortable secluded studio, walk to Gulfport attractions.

Thus attractively appointed unit is in a quiet friendly neighborhood with privacy and a patio. The hosts were very accommodating, and I very much enjoyed my stay..

Nice place

A clean, comfortable, well-provisioned space in a quiet, old-Florida style neighborhood near Boca Ciega Bay. Though attached to the main house, the unit it has a private entrance and small patio with two chairs and a table.

Nice place, Great people

This is a very nice little place in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Gulfport and the beach (which will be nice again once the city repairs the hurricane damage). The full kitchen is nice to have. This was my second time staying here and I would go back again. Mark and Leslie are lovely people and very accommodating. I would recommend them and their property.

Nice Place, Nice People

This is a cute studio walking distance from downtown Gulfport and Gulfport Beach. It's comfortable and the outside seating area is nice on a warm evening. Mark is very responsive to communications. Mark and Leslie are very pleasant people who were quite accommodating to my changing schedule. I enjoyed staying there and would return if I needed a place when they had a vacancy.

A True Hideaway in Gulfport

Our stay at the Gulfport Hideaway was a relaxing stay and just what we were looking for. The courtyard was a great amenity whether enjoying a morning cup of coffee and listening to the birds, catching a few rays in the afternoon or enjoying a cocktail in the evening which provided a great ambiance with just the right amount of lighting. Mark and Leslie are great hosts. They were very responsive to any questions and provided helpful information for local happenings and recommendations for restaurants. The Hideaway was complete with any amenities we needed. The location is within easy walking distance to the beach and downtown area. The neighbors and the neighborhood are friendly and welcoming. We look forward to our next stay at the Gulfport Hideaway. Thank you, Mark and Leslie.

Great location, great hosts

We really enjoyed our stay at the Gulfport Hideaway. The hosts were super responsive and very helpful. The location was the perfect distance from Gulfport - just far enough that the bands don't keep you up all night but within walking distance for breakfast. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Gulfport.

Long-time snowbirds from New Hampshire, we sold our north central Florida home to immerse ourselves in the artsy Gulfport scene and the surrounding beaches. We hope you join us in enjoying the Gulfport vibe. In the short time we have been here we have made many friends. With so many things to see and do in the area, it's our goal to ensure your visit is an enjoyable one.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We are in a quiet, beautiful setting with an easy walk to fun shops, excellent restaurants, music and dancing venues and the village beach!

Built in 1935, this home was renovated in 2017-18 into two private units with an old Florida feel and modern conveniences. This listing is for the studio apartment (unit W) which we affectionately call the "Gulfport Hideaway." It is best suited for short term stays, but is fine for longer stays. Come experience all that Gulfport has to offer from a clean, well furnished home away from home! It is ideal for visiting family members.

Listed Separately, the main house on the other side of the property, is a one bedroom bungalow style home featuring 5 rooms. This home (unit E), known as Buddha House, is one bedroom bungalow style home featuring 5 rooms. It features a large elevated patio overlooking a beautiful brick walkway, and a large yard and garden replete with numerous fruit trees, a fire pit, and a grille. It is available for rental during the off season.
