The Red Brick Country Home in Eden Utah | 6 Bed, 6 Bath

This Historical home is in the Wolf Creek area of Eden. It has a large cooker’s kitchen and large dining room. Five of the 6 bedrooms have ensuite private bathrooms. This property is great for family reunions and for ski groups.

The main level has the large kitchen with a big island and has enough room for several cooks to prepare your next meal together. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook wonderful meals for your group and also features a wine cooler and pantry. The dining table seats 8 people, but will expand large enough to seat 10 people comfortably.  The Living Room features a 55” television and has a gas fireplace. There is a main floor master bedroom with a queen bed, fainting couch, large walk in closet and an ensuite private bathroom with a jetted tub and separate walk in shower. This bedroom also has a desk, monitor and printer. The main level also has another room with a 65” television and a trundle bed (two twin beds) and offers a closet full of board games. There is a full shared bathroom in the hallway. The washer and dryer are in spacious laundry room in the front.

The upstairs has 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and a queen bed, which are all decorated uniquely. One of the upstairs bedrooms also has a futon. This classic and well built brick home has many fun and unique design features showing off some of the original custom details. A few bathrooms have low and/or slanted ceilings.

Just outside the dining area there is a large patio with a gas grill, comfortable chairs and an outdoor dining table that seats up to 10 people.  The outdoor area also has a firepit with Adirondack chairs for your comfortable enjoyment.  Please do not use the fire pit if the fire danger is high during mid-summer, always make sure the fire is completely out at night and place cold ashes in the one of the garbage cans.

Amenities:

Centrally located in Eden on the way to Powder Mountain. Snowbasin & Nordic Valley Utah Ski Resorts are nearby. During the summer, try horseback riding or rent a boat for a day on Pineview Lake to water ski, wakeboard or fish. Shop in Eden, where the local stores are full of unique gifts, antiques, art and clothing. Top the day off with great dining at one the great restaurants in our Ogden Valley. Eden features the Mad Moose Cafe and Huntsville visitors and locals love the Shooting Star Saloon, the oldest continuously operating saloon west of the Mississippi River.

Large and shaded back yard to visit with friends and family and enjoy the BeUtahful views of the surrounding mountains. No close neighbors and a privacy fence help you relax after a fun day of Eden Adventures.

Just a 2 minute drive to the Eden Park n Ride for Powder's Free Ski Shuttle (Purchase Pow Mow tickets online in advance, they do sell out often, especially for Night Skiing which is only $20)

25 minutes to Snowbasin (again hosting the Winter Olympics in 2034)

15 minutes to Nordic Valley (affordable day and night skiing)

7 minutes to Pineview Reservoir (Rent toys both motorized and human powered from Club Rec North)

Direct access to paved pathway - up to Wolf Creek Public Golf Course or down to Pineview Reservoir (Rent bikes from Diamond Peak Sports)

CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses.  Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager.  If cancellation is received more than sixty (60) days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee.  If the notice of cancellation is received within 30 to 59 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the rental rate.  If the notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
