Welcome to our happy place—just 12 minutes from Snowbasin Resort, ranked the #1 ski destination in the U.S. (and our family's absolute favorite spot on Earth).

This brand new, ultra-cozy home is perfect for 2–3 families looking for adventure, memory-making, or just a solid excuse to use the word "après." With 6 bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, there's no fighting over sinks or showers. (Yes, it's as dreamy as it sounds.)

The chef’s kitchen has everything you need (and probably a few gadgets you didn’t know you needed), and the media/playroom is packed with toys and games for kids of all ages—plus a little climbing structure for the mini adventurers.

In winter: ski, board, sled, soak. In summer: hike, bike, pickleball, swim, repeat. With Wasatch Peaks just across the highway and endless trails minutes away, you’ll never run out of ways to get outside.

We love this home deeply—it's our family's second home, not just another rental—and we’ve stocked it with everything we wish we had when traveling. You’ll find a welcoming, spotless space, thoughtful touches throughout, and plenty of room to stretch out, cook big meals, watch movies, or toast to the day under the mountain sky.

The kitchen will have organic oils, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, and a few more essentials. No need to buy the 100th oil to add to the cupboard. We've got you covered!

Plus: access to a community pool, hot tub, and pickleball courts—because vacation should feel like, well, vacation.

6 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Novaform mattresses are medium-firm for a restful night’s sleep. All sheets are 100% cotton, either Kirkland brand or Pottery Barn (for the bunk beds). Comforters are all Pottery Barn.

Six full bathrooms are attached to each bedroom, all stocked with fresh towels and Native brand shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

There is also a powder bathroom on the main floor.

I love to cook, so we've stocked the kitchen with high-end appliances, including a Vitamix blender, Cuisinart food processor, large Breville toaster, Cuisinart immersion blender, hot water kettle, Instant Pot, slow cooker, and mini Keurig. We also have gadgets such as a garlic press, mandoline, grater, hand juicer, and more.

You’ll always find organic olive oil, organic avocado oil, and salt & pepper grinders, along with a selection of spices and various condiments. Ziploc bags, saran wrap, and aluminum foil are also provided—no need to buy the essentials.

We have wine glasses and rocks glasses, Restoration Hardware plates, Pottery Barn silverware, and Victorinox knives.

A large dining table comfortably seats 10, with additional seating for 5 at the adjacent kitchen island.

There’s an abundance of new toys—cleaned after each use—and a climbing structure for the little ones. We know how hard it can be to keep kids entertained while also enjoying some adult time, so hopefully this space helps your family as much as it helps ours!

A large, ultra-cozy Crate & Barrel couch anchors the room, facing a 75" TV with Apple TV connected.

★ OUTDOOR AMENITIES ★

The community offers an incredible outdoor recreation area, including a large pool, spacious hot tub, BBQ area, and multiple pickleball courts. There are also two separate playgrounds on the property for younger kids. We're one of only five single-family homes with access to this private complex, which is technically part of the adjacent townhomes—but in our experience, it’s never crowded.
