DESCRIPTION
Bluff House is located a couple of minutes walk from The Yacht Club and Pigeon Beach in the famous yachting centre of English Harbour, Antigua.
Comprising of a 6 bedroom villa with a separate 2 bedroom villa (Garden House) and another separate 2.5 bedroom villa called The Pink House, all with pools. Bluff House offers superb accommodation options right in the heart of the Yachting community.
Superb views starting over Pigeon beach and sweeping through Falmouth Harbour right around to the Marinas.
The space
Bluff House is located on a 2 acre plot on a Bluff overlooking Falmouth Harbour, Part of English Harbour Town.
It comprises a main villa of 6 bedrooms with a pool and deck that has sweeping views from it and from it's huge covered balcony. A second villa of 2 bedrooms with it's own pool and a third 2.5 bed villa Called The Pink House
Imperial House:
The master suite is air-conditioned and has a large master bedroom with a beautiful king bed with an en-suite bathroom, there is also a second bedroom within the suite. The master suite has direct access to the covered balcony area that flows around 2 sides of the building opening up the amazing views.
Harbour View bedroom is located on the North Side and also has an en-suite bathroom and access to the covered balcony.
Poolside bedroom is located on the south side of the property and looks out to the swimming pool and entrance to Falmouth Harbour. It too has access via patio doors to the covered balcony.
The Lower bedroom is located on the same level and corridor as the Apartment (bed 6). It is En-Suite and has a Twin or King bed. The apartment has a king bed, Sofa bed and a kitchen and bathroom, as well as its own deck area and pool access
Off of the kitchen/living rooms is a very large covered seating area which benefits from the cooling trade winds. There is comfortable seating and a dining table for up to 12.
The interior dining area can seat up to 10.

Garden House is a beautifully appointed 2 bedroom villa with 2 en suite bathrooms and private pool. The main living room flows naturally onto the covered balcony through 2 large screened patio doorways. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals or catering for a dinner party.
The bedrooms are air conditioned and are configured as a king in the master and the second bedroom can be either twins or a king.
The covered balcony stretches around 2 sides of the villa, both of which have great sea views. The pool deck is built out to allow full enjoyment of the trade winds and the view down along nearby Pigeon Beach
With free WIFI throughout, Merlin is the perfect vacation destination.

The Apartment (bedroom 6) is located on the same property below Bluff House. It is comprised of a large studio living room/bedroom with a huge king-size bed and a sleeping sofa, it is capable of accommodating up to 4 guests. Ideally a family. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen and an ensuite bathroom. With superb views over Falmouth Harbour Marina, the apartment is classed as the 6th bedroom of Bluff House and is unavailable to rent separately.

The Pink House is a brand new addition. Comprising of a master bedroom with King bed, Bedroom 2 with twin or king bed, both en-suite and air-conditioned, plus a third small bedroom off of Bedroom 2 with aircon and a single bed, ideal for a child or sibling.
The fully fitted kitchen/dining area leads out to a large covered deck with Falmouth Harbour views, a pool and Spa with sunbathing area.

RATES - Your party will have sole use of the property, unless you choose not to rent Bluff House which is separate, private and can be rented independently. All prices are in US$ Special rates Holidays, ACYS and Regattas +40% to published rates

THE PINK HOUSE

The Pink House is a 2 bedroom villa with En-suite bathrooms. There is an additional single bedroom located off bedroom 2 and shares its bathroom. It can sleep up to 5 adults, plus a child on a daybed in bedroom 2.



Located a 3 minute walk from both Pigeon Beach and the Yacht Club, The Pink House is ideally located. It is within the grounds of The Bluff House and The Garden House, altogether the Bluff property has 10.5 bedrooms, so is ideal for large families, groups and crews.



Brand new and fully equipped, The Pink House has everything you need for a perfect getaway in the beautiful English Harbour area.



The property has a swimming pool, sundeck, spa pool, views of Falmouth Harbour, air-conditioned bedrooms and living room/kitchen, large sundeck, gazebo, Fiber Optic WIFI, free off road parking and housekeeping.
