Welcome to the Style Studio. This Guesthouse Studio is the perfect place for a couples getaway, girls weekend, bridesmaids, or TCU parents/alums heading in for the game!

Property amenities include, a beautiful pool with waterfall and tanning deck, Blackstone Grill under covered patio, Large covered outdoor dining area and a permanent outdoor movie screen with projector. There are multiple outdoor lounge areas including a private balcony area overlooking the pool.
At night, this property truly comes to life! Multi-colored LED mood lights illuminate the outdoor space.
Have you packed your bags yet?
We are ready to greet you with a full coffee bar including, a french press, pour over, and coffee grinder. A coffee pot and Keurig system are also available for use as well a Kettle for hot tea.
Garage access is available for 1 vehicle. remaining vehicles can be parked in the street.
The Style Studio is located in the center of everything DFW has to offer!
DFW airport is just 30 minutes away. This property is easy access to Downtown Fort Worth, The StockYards, the Fort Worth Zoo, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, The Ballpark in Arlington, Cowboys Stadium, Dickies Arena, American Airlines Center, Will Rogers Memorial Center, Clearfork, Trinity River (and trails), Panther Island, the hospital district and much more! Plus, easy access to see the TCU games, the Rangers, the Cowboys, or NASCAR and only a 30 min drive to Dallas.
Our favorite hangout area is Magnolia Avenue and South Main Street where you can discover local breweries and wineries, specialty restaurants and bodegas, plus curated shopping experiences - including our boutique shop, Winton and Waits.

The entire home and outdoor area is covered by a mesh wifi network with the highest speed available.
Washer and Dryer available fro use by guests during their stay. This home is drug-free and smoke-free indoors and outdoors including vapes and e-cigarettes. Maximum of 5 guests on property without pre-approval and NO LARGE PARTIES.

This studio is amazing as well as our host Jenna. Very clean, tastefully decorated with all the amenities. Would certainly stay here again.

Home Away From Home
My husband and I felt right at home from the moment we stepped into this charming place! Thank you Jenna and Ty for offering such a clean and restful home away from home and your wonderful hospitality! Centrally located, we enjoyed visiting friends in Fortworth, the Stockyards and Jenna and Ty's reccomendation of Provender Hall for dinner! With a cool week in the area, we especially appreciated the porch over the pool that we could sip our coffee on while wrapped in a blanket and the spa!! And, we have to mention the amazing bed! Great night sleep was had and especially appreciated after a busy conference! Thank you two for all the goodies too-we had our friends over before going to a store, but Jenna and Ty's amenities even allowed us to offer something to drink! Hope to be back next Spring!!

Cute Place
We spent a girls week at this location with me, my sister and adult daughter. Spent the morning hanging out by the pool then a short drive to the Stockyards in the afternoon for dinner, horseback riding, shopping, watching the cattle run, and seeing our first rodeo. The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us. All linens supplied as well as towels for pool, shampoo and conditioner, soap and a basket of extras under the sink in case you forget your toothbrush, deoderant, razor, cream, etc…. I was able to do laundry to refresh our clothes for the end of the week. Jenna was easy to contact with questions and quick replies.

Shhh... don't tell anyone else about this place! ;)
This is a diamond of a place! Clean, luxurious amenities, great location, adorable, covered parking, private yard (so nice). Highly recommend as long as you don't want to stay on the weekends that I will be in Fort Worth :) Once the word is out, this place will book fast. Thank you to the hosts who were responsive and helpful.

My name is Jenna and I host this property along with my husband, Ty. We have lived in Fort Worth for almost 30 years (since I graduated from TCU). We LOVE this area! It has grown exponentially over the past few years and there are so many little "pockets" to explore. We put some of our favorites in the description but there is also a digital guidebook available when you check in that is FULL of amazing experiences all over the city!
I am an entrepreneur (in addition to booking our properties) and own a local retail store (Winton and Waits) located in one of the most revitalized areas of FW just south of downtown. Our luxury bath products are made locally as well as our jewelry/accessory lines - carried in retailers all over the US including Crate & Barrel, Francesca's and Free People. You have to come say hi (and grab a glass of wine at the neighboring winery) while you are here!
We have several bike rental shops (city bikes stations as well as electric bikes that can be dropped off).
The Stockyards area has recently gone through a major overhaul, opening the new Mule Alley with upscale shopping, restaurants and bars - alongside the more "tourist" experience. Rodeos sell out every Friday night at the coliseum.
Being a part of the entrepreneurial community here in the Fort, we often here of pop up dinners or restaurants hosting live music, so if that is something you are interested in, please let me know!
Gathering people is one of my favorite things - and I am so excited to connect you to my beloved community here in Cowtown!

This property is centrally located to every. single. thing. you would want to do in Fort Worth. Fort Worth is the best mix of culture, history, cowboys, and luxury style...truly something for everyone.

Then house is also within walking distance (about a 20 minute walk) to grab breakfast tacos or pastries on Magnolia Avenue.
