Managed by Wyndham and in the perfect location for shopping, restaurants, beach and boating. Once you've parked, you can walk to everything Thames Street has to offer. There is a mini kitchen and on site free laundry.

Because the Inn is relatively small and has some timeshare owners that own Saturday to Saturday and your reservation crosses that time, although rare, you may need to switch rooms. The staff will assist in the move if that occurs. I wanted to mention this just in case it happens. In the last 100 reservations, it happened 3 times.

Walking distance to everything. Very friendly staff. Was perfect for a weekend stay for a wedding. Building could be updated.

Amazing location! Rooftop deck!

Amazing location! It's part of the Wyndham so they have a fully attended front desk. Walking distance to everything on Thames. Comfortable pull out couch made it good for sleeping 4 people. Would definitely stay again!

Great location

There are several more upscale properties in Newport but this one is right in the the thick of things and was exactly what we expected. There's a bike rental store directly below the property that's very convenient if you wish to do any biking and there are several restaurants next door.

Great location - Harbor view

We loved the beautiful harbor view and the convenient location. Though it was right off busy Thames street, there was no noise since we were on the 6th floor. Comfy bed and nice living room area. We were here for the Jazz Festival so this was also a short walk to the water taxi. Will stay here again next year if available. Convenient free parking.

Great Property

This property was extremely clean, the check-in process was easy and the front desk team was great. The property was in the middle of the main strip so you could walk pretty much everywhere. Parking was also included which was a huge plus. There was free laundry and detergent in the building which we didn't use but was nice to know it was there if needed. Overall 10/10 - no complaints

Great Getaway

This is a very nice property in the heart of Newport and the yachting village neighborhood. The only word of caution is for light sleepers. The AC unit is noisy. If you aren’t bothered, it’s a great option.

Convenient Thames St Location

Free onsite parking. Entry opens to bedroom with King bed. There's a small kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, 2 burner electric cooktop, and dishes/glassware/cutlery. Bath has walkin shower and 1 sink. Sitting area has small table with 4 chairs, couch, and a window with distant view of Newport Bridge. No balcony.

Location, location, location!

The title says it all. Location, location, location! You're right on Thames St so in the middle of everything - coffee bars, restaurants, shopping, sweets. Bannister and Bowen's Wharf was a 5-7 minute walk away. Parking is a little tight, but super convenient and free! The place was clean, well stocked and comfortable. We had a gorgeous view of the harbor and the Newport Pell Bridge. The AC worked perfectly! Free laundry, water fill station and ice in the building. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. Andy was easy to work and communicate with. Did I mention location?

Baecation

My boyfriend and I wanted to do a little weekend away before the summer was over. We found this property and booked it right away because of the location. A perfect short walk to the harbor where the restaurants and shops are. Lots of good choices to pick from. Room was perfect size for the two of us and a nice big fridge for all our leftovers! Definitely looking to come back to this location next year!
