À propos de l’hôte
Hôte : Brigitte Johnson
I am a mom of 5 teen/young adults and 5-7 dogs (depending on if we have foster puppies). Brice and I have been married for 28 years, have lived in the Rockies for 6 years and are in love with the mountain lifestyle. The slower pace, genuine people, and ability to be outdoors in the sunshine year round makes us happy! Our family loves to ski and snowboard at the local resorts, hike on the endless amounts of trails, and I recently took up mountain biking. We love people, animals, and serving others. We are honored to provide a remarkable space and experience for our guests.
Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement
We have been looking for an additional home for family and friends that come to visit up in these gorgeous mountains. Peak to Peak Retreat had all the things we were looking for. A HUGE aspen grove surrounding the home that gives that unmistakable "quaking" sound when the wind blows. The mountain view off the front wrap-around deck. The hot tub to relax in after a day of exploring. The location is incredible- secluded, but has quick access to the highway to get wherever you might want to go. A gas station/convenience store just around the corner; and the wondeful, quirky town of Nederland 5 minutes down the road. Nederland has a grocery store, liquor store, local restaurants and breweries, a winery, 2 gas stations, and loads of attractions and experiences to keep you busy for weeks. In April you can experience the famous Frozen Dead Guy Festival even! Yep, that's a real thing!
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
Southwest Luxury is our theme for the interior of our Retreat. We have designed and decorated this home with our honored guests in mind. We want our guests to sink into their beds and get deep sleep and wake up at their leisure. Wander through the kitchen to get a cup of steaming hot local, organic coffee or a cappuccino (we are huge coffee lovers, so have provided lots of options) and spend time on the expansive deck soaking in the beauty and peace of the gorgeous trees and clean mountain air. Days can be full of any adventures you can think of. We are always available to give suggestions, if wanted. Hiking, biking, rafting, canoeing, skiing, snow shoeing, paddle boarding, shopping and sightseeing in Boulder, Nederland, and Denver. At the end of the day, gathering on the deck to grill, relax in the hot tub, and then watch the sun go down. It doesn't get any better than that!!! We are excited to welcome our guests and provide an unparalleled experience that will leave you rested and rejuvenated. Brice and Brigitte Johnson
