This is a dog friendly home, all pets must be approved and a fee of $100/pet plus taxes is due after time of booking. This fee is used to remove any/all evidence your furry friend was ever there. We provide extra cleaning and run an ozone machine to remove any odors that may be left behind out of courtesy for future guests who may not be bringing a pet.

Well appointed home in convenient location

Lots of room and all the things we needed to make our house hunting trip a success. Centrally located. The gas fire pit was a relaxing spot after long days of driving around with our realtor. Just was very responsive. Check in and check out was east and fast.

Great location, quiet neighborhood

We choose this house due to the proximity to St. Francis hospital. We were going to be in town for a couple weeks and needed to be close to go back and forth. It was perfect for that and so close to several restaurants. Any questions we had were answered promptly. We walked the neighborhood several times and never felt unsafe. We loved seeing all the rabbits throughout the neighborhood and listening to the birds. Everything was exactly as advertised in the listing.

Nice place to unwind

Great place to relax. We went as a staycation. The a/c was nice and cool. The house well maintained and cleanly. We enjoyed chilling on the back patio, grilling out, catching some of the Olympics on tv, and fellowship. The beds were comfortably and the hostess was most helpful. Much appreciated.

Not for young children

Nice house and backyard. I would not recommend this house for families with toddlers or young children. The dining table was glass, the coffee table was glass , and every room in the house had several breakable decor items. The living room had an entire wall dedicated to ceramic knick knacks. It was nerve wracking as a parent to be on guard the whole time to make sure nothing was broken.

Wonderful!

We were in town visiting with our 3 adult children and the house was perfect for 5 adults. The kitchen was well-equipped for our short stay. It was also great to have 2 separate living areas available, each with its own tv, in case someone wanted to watch something different than the others. The checkin and checkout process was very easy. We would definitely book a stay at this property in the future!
